Program Overview:
Intercept , developed by Youth Villages, is an evidence-based intensive, in-home program that focuses on keeping families together by preventing out-of-home placements or facilitating reunification after such placements, including foster care, residential treatment facilities, hospitalization, or juvenile detention centers. It is one of the first programs to receive the well-supported designation from Title IV-E Prevention Services Clearinghouse developed in accordance with the Family First Prevention Services Act (FFPSA) having been shown to reduce out-of-home placements and accelerate permanency for children.
This program serves youth from birth to age 18 who are facing serious emotional or behavioral challenges or have experienced trauma, such as abuse or neglect. Services are provided by highly trained Family Intervention Specialists directly in the family's home and community-Intercept is not an office-based program.
Intercept provides intensive, strength-based support tailored to each family's unique needs, ultimately helping them achieve lasting change through evidence-based mental health interventions, along with the development of new parenting and communication skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Family Intervention Specialist:
Carries a caseload of 4 to 6 families
Holds individual and family sessions with each family 3 times a week, scheduled at the convenience of the families
Conducts on-going assessment of youth to determine their needs from a strength-focused, solution-based perspective
Attends 3 weekly meetings (individual, team, and clinical consultation) for professional development to help enhance clinical skills
Drives up to 60 to 80 miles to meet with families in their homes and communities (additional travel may be required)
Collaborates with other providers, case workers, and courts to formulate a collaborative treatment plan
Provides on-call crisis support to the youth and family (schedules vary by location)
Completes accurate and timely documentation in an electronic medical record system (EMR)

We are seeking a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist to provide telehealth services to individuals, couples, and families. This position offers a reliable weekday schedule and a defined caseload. You will concentrate on therapeutic work that supports healthier communication, emotional regulation, and long-term relational change.
Responsibilities
Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions remotely
Complete relational assessments and clinical intakes
Create and maintain goal-based treatment plans
Track progress through consistent documentation
Apply family systems and evidence-based approaches
Maintain compliance with Oklahoma LMFT regulations
Requirements
Active Oklahoma Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) license
Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
Experience working with relational and systemic concerns
Confidence using telehealth technology
Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload

JOB DESCRIPTION
- FULL TIME
Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate courses aligned with CSWE standards, advising students, contributing to curriculum development, supervising field placements, assessing student competencies, serving on committees, and engaging in scholarship. Professors also integrate a Christian worldview into teaching and mentorship, supporting ORU s mission to build Spirit-empowered leaders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Teach assigned baccalaureate Social Work courses, including preparation of course materials, delivering lectures, leading discussions, and facilitating classroom activities.
Evaluate student performance through grading assignments, exams, and other assessment methods.
Stay current with developments in the field of Social Work and incorporate relevant research, theories, policies, and practices into the curriculum.
Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Social Work program.
Comply with all institutional policies, including those related to academic integrity and student success.
Provide advice to students.
Participate and attend monthy committee meetings.
REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required; a Doctorate in Social Work (DSW or PhD) is preferred.
LCSW
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in social work practice, preferably with direct experience in clinical settings, community organization, or social work administration.
Previous teaching experience at the college or university level is strongly preferred.
Active licensure in social work (LCSW, LMSW, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive educational environment for diverse student populations.
Ability to engage and inspire students through dynamic teaching and innovative learning strategies.

JOB PURPOSE:
GO Club Counselors are responsible for engaging with and supervising children, ranging from K-6th grade, in a safe and well-organized afterschool program. All staff are representatives of the philosophy and mission of the YMCA and its youth development programs. Staff must strive to work cooperatively with fellow employees to achieve the goals and objectives of the YMCA.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (not a complete list):
Prioritize attendance and punctuality for daily scheduled shifts. Communicating with Site Director/Coordinator in a timely manner, as specified by supervisor.
Implement curriculum and activities according to schedules.
Consistently demonstrate “best practices” of youth development and childcare profession.
Collaborate with school staff, GO club leadership, peers, partners, and volunteers to foster and maintain a positive work environment.
Must be able to discuss a participant's experience at any time.
Understanding and implementing daily diversity and inclusion practices, ensuring all students and adults feel safe and welcome regardless of gender identifiers, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, faith, and background.
Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures regarding the prevention of abuse.
Report any suspected abuse, neglect, or misconduct immediately to the appropriate supervisory staff.
Attend mandatory training on abuse prevention, including recognizing signs of abuse, and reporting requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Desire to work with children on a daily basis
Current CPR/First Aid/O2 certification (will provide upon employment)
