AECOM is seeking a Project Manager for Data Center Site Strategy / Land Development with a passion for driving results to join our high-performance data center team. In this role, the Project Manager will plan, direct, and execute multiple moderate to large-scale projects to support the utility and land development for next-generation digital infrastructure. There is a heavy focus on planning and data centers in this role.

AECOM is seeking experienced and professional Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Case Managers to join our team in providing applicant intake, outreach, and case management services across 27 Texas counties: Anderson, Bell, Brazoria, Caldwell, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Fort Bend, Galveston, Guadalupe, Hardin, Hays, Henderson, Hockley, Jasper, Kaufman, Liberty, Matagorda, Montgomery, Newton, Polk, San Jacinto, Smith, Tyler, Trinity, Walker, Wharton.
The CDBG-DR Case Manager will coordinate and oversee services and provide support for program applicants. This is a position where a skilled Case Manager partners with a disaster affected individual or family. The Case Manager serves as the primary point of contact, assisting the applicant in navigating through the program requirements to ultimately address housing recovery needs. Travel to regional and satellite locations will be required. Travel requirement of up to 100 miles roundtrip, 2-3 times per week ; must reside within commuting distance of the assigned office.
The CDBG-DR Case Manager will be responsible for the following:
* Perform outreach, intake and assessments of program applicants and gather required documentation to establish program eligibility.
* Once established, maintain a caseload of applicants and maintain regular and required contacts to adhere to program guidelines.
* Maintain a high standard to protect applicants' information and provide excellent customer service.
* Maintain client related data systems, including case notes and completion of record entries on a timely basis; upload and correctly categorize applicant documents.
* Provide timely updates to applicants regarding case status and next steps.
* Attend meetings and trainings provided by the Program, internal and external; attend pre-construction and key release events with applicants.
* Assist applicants with temporary relocation selections, when applicable.
* Attend program related community, coalition and committee meetings as assigned; network and advocate for applicants and their housing needs.
* Work collaboratively with Team, Team Lead and Program Management to meet program goals and performance targets.
* Exhibit a strong work ethic and a desire to adhere to strict boundaries and professional ethics in the care of others; awareness of the impact of a disaster on the community, family and individual.
* Maintain a complete understanding of all applicable Program policies, procedures and requirements.

Minimum Requirements

* Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
* Valid US Driver's License for travel to various regional and satellite locations to support project task(s) assignments and scope of work. Position Summary:
This role supports structural project teams by producing and managing high-quality construction drawings for building and infrastructure projects. The position works closely with Project Managers and Engineers to translate design intent into accurate, well-organized Revit-based drawings from project kickoff through bid and submittal phases. The ideal candidate is experienced in structural drafting, comfortable working across multiple projects, and able to operate independently while adhering to client and company CAD/BIM standards. Attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and a solid understanding of structural systems for buildings are essential to success in this role.
Essential Functions:
* Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to set up, manage, and maintain construction drawings
* Prepare accurate dimensional drawings from 3D building models
* Revise and update existing drawings to reflect design changes and coordination updates
* Create and manage electronic document file structures and naming conventions in accordance with company standards
* Complete a full set of project documents from project initiation through completion with professional-quality output
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work on schedule
* Follow established CAD/BIM standards, whether client-specific or Tetra Tech standards
* Collaborate with project teams to produce drawings that meet or exceed client requirements during bid and submittal phases
Required Qualifications
* Associate's degree in CAD drafting or a related field from a technical trade school, plus a minimum of five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* Minimum five years of experience producing structural drawings for building projects
* Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, including linking files, setting up plan views, using view templates, and managing worksets in accordance with client standards
* Strong understanding of structural systems and design parameters for buildings
* Knowledge of standard drafting practices and procedures
* Ability to generate layout drawings from sketches, specifications, or minimal direction from Engineers
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general PC-based software
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with project teams
* Strong time-management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Demonstrated ability to meet project objectives and requirements

Your Role:

Our eight Employee Network Groups (Asian Pacific, Black, Hispanic/Latino(a), LGBTQ , People with Disabilities, Veterans, Women, Young Professionals) help create a sense of belonging and foster a supportive environment where everyone is empowered to engage and contribute. Each group has an executive sponsor and is open to all employees.
