EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: • Require a 2-year Degree in Business or Management. Prefer a 4-year B.S. Degree. • 1-2 years' Purchasing/Buyer experience in the Construction and/or Engineering field preferred. • Preference given for experience in Solar, Renewable Energy or Power Generation. PREFERRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: • Strong interpersonal and communication skill. • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. • Ability to analyze and solve problems. • Knowledge of procurement rules and regulations. • Ability to make procedural decisions and judgments. • Ability to organize and coordinate. • Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, etc.). • Experience with Viewpoint Software preferred. • Ability to travel as needed. • Preference given for bilingual candidates.
