This is a hybrid opportunity in one of our offices located in Kansas City, MO; Dallas, TX; NYC, NY; or L.A, CA. Help lead interior design from pursuit through delivery-partnering with project teams to shape winning proposals and interviews, and aligning with design leadership to set the overall design strategy. This role supports concept development, programming, and high-impact presentations/visualizations, while producing complete contract documents (plans, elevations, RCPs, details, schedules) and FF&E procurement packages (specs and budgets). Work with design leaders to initiate overall design strategy and design approach for projects. Lead and drive the development of design projects, including all aspects of Interior Design. Lead development of design presentations and graphic visualization. Lead, evaluate and synthesize project programming information. Develop and complete full contract document sets, including floor plans, elevations, RCP, millwork, details & specific schedules. Develop and complete full FF&E procurement packages, including furniture specifications and budget estimates. Coordinate with consultants, including architectural, lighting, landscape, structural, MEP, AV and IT. Ensure continuity and consistency of design deliverables, and meet project schedules, budgets, and deadlines. Assist in construction administration, including responding to RFI's, preparing sketches and addendums, and visiting the construction site to gather information and/or prepare punch lists. Consult with manufacturers, research and evaluate FF&E, materials and products. Create graphics and presentation materials, including renderings of conceptual design ideas and graphic diagrams. Participate in client meetings and presentations. Incorporate Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects. Lead charrettes and the generation of design ideas. Collaborate to elevate design thought and awareness in studio as we aspire to succeed as creative thinkers and innovators. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or equivalent major Minimum of 6 years experience in designing commercial interior projects or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education Current valid U.S Driver's License required due to driving may be part of the job responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications: 10 years experience in designing commercial interior projects in sports including hospitality areas, team areas, and back of house. Job Description AECOM has an opening for an entry level Geologist in our Kansas City, MO office to assist with a variety of projects including data management, site investigations and remediation. This position is expected to begin in February 2026. The successful candidate will assist with gathering and analyzing geological, hydrogeological and geochemical data in both the field and office settings. The field activities will consist of soil, groundwater, surface water, sediment, air and soil vapor sample collection, geological logging and interpretation, and the oversight of subcontractors including laboratories and excavation and drilling companies. The office activities will involve preparation of investigation reports. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Conducting environmental field work, including collecting soil, surface water, groundwater, and remediation system data; soil logging; and fluid level gauging. Oversight of contractors conducting field surveys, drilling, well installation, development operations, and utility clearance for intrusive operations. Participation in a health and safety team performing inspections, observations, and training. Field document preparation, field data collection, processing, and interpretation. Supporting office tasks, including data entry, data analysis, report preparation, and maintenance of a records archive system. Collect and record data and compare results to relevant studies and state and federal regulations to ensure compliance. Travel to project locations including driving and overnight stays. Candidate must also be able to work as part of a project team comprised of AECOM staff and subcontractors. Flexibility to work on a multitude of diverse projects, a positive attitude, and commitment to workplace health and safety are imperative. Field work will be required including oversight of subcontractors. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Chemistry or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. Valid U.S. Driver's License required to visit project sites, clients, and other AECOM offices. As a condition of employment, selected candidate must pass a Motor Vehicle Records review and a substance abuse test. Due to the nature of work, US citizenship is required. Preferred Qualifications Basic understanding of environmental regulations such as ASTM-1527-21, AAI, RCRA, TSCA, and SARA. Ability to understand and supervise advancement of soil borings and installation of monitoring wells. Ability to demonstrate a primary technical role in multiple site characterization, subsurface investigation, and remediation projects at various client sites. Understand and assist with site conceptual models. Collect and evaluate environmental data in field and office settings. Prepare investigation reports and drawings. Possesses technical report writing skills. Independent field work and leadership of field teams. Contractor oversight. Selected candidate will be required to complete 40-hour HAZWOPER training or annual refresher class, if needed. Selected Candidate will also receive First Aid/CPR training and AECOM specific training. Learn and develop a keen understanding of hazard recognition, and environmental investigation or remediation.
