Many projects assigned are distinguished by their magnitude or program complexity, requiring that more than one person be involved. + Acts independently or as a team leader representing IE with consulting firms and is responsible for ensuring that the final product of the project or program team reflects the original scope and budget requirements. + Develops and maintains comprehensive program plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget forecasts. + Leads cross-functional teams and coordinates activities across multiple departments to ensure program objectives are met. + Establishes and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and executive leadership. + Implements and oversees risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential program risks. + Develops and presents regular program status reports to executive management and stakeholders. + Mentors and develops junior program managers and team members to build organizational capacity. + Drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program management processes and methodologies. + Ensures compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies throughout program execution. + Negotiates and manages complex contracts with vendors and partners to support program objectives. + Leads change management efforts to facilitate successful program implementation and adoption **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 4 years of leadership experience. **Preferred Qualifications:** + 15+ years of transportation project experience. + Experienced with Design Build delivery for final design. + Design Build Project Experience. + Experience leading and managing transportation design-build projects on large complex highway projects. + Experience managing a large team in a fast-paced environment. + State Professional Engineer License, or the ability to obtain within twelve months. + Position will require frequent travel to project and client sites. **Additional Information** Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
