Current BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) Certification. Data Center experience. Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required. Preferred Qualifications: A security clearance is preferred but not required (potential/desire to obtain a security clearance is required). Minimum 5 years of design experience with ICT infrastructure. Professional experience and/or proficiency in various software products, including but not limited to, Revit, AutoCAD, Visio Professional, Bluebeam Extreme (Revu), Microsoft Project, Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and other ICT Specific Programs. Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline is required. * Ohio PE required * 8 years of working experience related to hydraulics engineering, water resource engineering, and permitting for transportation project required * 4 years Project Management experience * Experience in water resources planning, hydrology/hydraulics, and drainage/flood control design. * Successful project leadership experience is required * Strong leadership, planning, mentoring experience is required * Must have technical proficiency preparing hydrologic and hydraulic analyses and reports, scour investigations, erosion and sediment control plans and reports, drainage, and stormwater management design, waterway and NPDES permitting, quantity & cost estimates, and specifications * Experience with standard drainage analysis and design packages including but not limited to AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation OpenRoads Designer, StormCAD * HEC-RAS 1D/2D and/or SRH-2D river modeling experience is preferred * ArcGIS Pro and HEC-HMS experience is preferred * Project experience and existing relationships with ODOT and Ohio transportation clients * Local candidates are preferred #LI-EH1 Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Engineering * 7 years related experience * A minimum 2 years project management experience * Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered. Primary Responsibilities HDR is currently in need of a Project Manager to advance the planning, design and construction administration of water and wastewater facilities projects in Ohio. It is envisioned this candidate would have a mix of client development, project management, and project delivery responsibilities. Candidates for this position should have experience directing project staff and will lead water/wastewater projects as a project manager. Other duties will include providing project and task management; conducting difficult to complex process engineering for both projects and proposals; collecting, assimilating, and presenting data in reports, memos and public forums; leading production of design calculations and technical reports; and leading preparation of engineering plans and specifications for design of water and wastewater treatment facilities and/or conveyance/distribution systems. Should possess strong oral and written communication and listening skills including good leadership and organizational skills. Position will work closely with the local team to deliver the growing Water Business Group business within Ohio.
