Job Description AECOM is seeking a Digital EHS Implementation Expert to support our clients in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. Responsibilities for this position will include: * Coordinate and lead technical implementation of projects of varying complexity. * Manage complex configuration and/or implementation across multiple modules of one solution and/or multiple vendor product suites (Enablon, Cority). * Participate in requirements gathering, run gap analysis workshops and multi-module demonstrations in person and remotely. * Meet with clients to identify risks and provide status updates. * Work with vendors on bugs and enhancement requests. * Support training for and oversight of work being performed by junior technical staff. * Works with clients on EHS requirements and workflows. * Occasional travel to meet with clients. Preferred Qualifications * Experienced in using AutoCAD * Prior experience in substation design * Experience using Microstation * Prior experience consulting or working for an electric utility * Experience using electrical design software such as SKM PowerTools, ETAP or EasyPower * Strong written and confident verbal communication skills. * Ability to work in a team environment. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Self-motivated and able to take initiative. * Preference is given to local candidates Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Engineering * Engineer In Training (EIT) certificate * Computer skills in Microsoft Office * An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture What We Believe HDR is our company.
