Director of Ticket Sales This position will focus on selling group outings. The individual in this role will be responsible for building and maintaining a book of business to grow our Season Ticket base and Group & Hospitality base.
A Day in the Life: This job is centered around group sales for The Stockton Ports 2026 season and beyond. Each day will consist of prospecting new clients, calling warm leads, and meeting with prospects with the goal of generating revenue for the company. A typical day will be spent calling potential new clients as well as making touchpoints with current clients to ensure that customer service standards are met. The goal is to maintain a minimum of 75 touchpoints per day. Leading up to the season, the main focus will be on selling our premium season ticket packages to business clients. During the season, a primary focus will be on Group Sales, selling company outings in our hospitality areas as well as our general seating bowl.
Sales Responsibilities:
Generate revenue through new business sales of season ticket memberships, partial plans, group tickets and hospitality areas by networking, outbound calls, attending outside events, and providing exceptional customer service.
Fulfill and maintain a standard in personal sales efforts, set forth by the Director of Tickets.
Provide necessary service to new clients and existing accounts, to ensure all needs of the client are met.
Staff ticket sales tables at community events when applicable to duties.
Cultivate relationships with account base through proactive communication including but not limited to: seat visits, phone calls, emails, and other touchpoints
Work collaboratively with other members of the team to develop creative new ways to increase attendance.
Assist in developing and fulfilling customized membership benefits, programs, and events to increase loyalty with accounts
Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements: Extended hours of work between the months of March to September. Candidate must have the ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment.

** This position requires working nights, weekends and occasional Holidays.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The expectations of the AccountExecutive, REG Franchise will be to work special events, a significant portion of Cleveland Charge and Cleveland Monsters home games, as well as normal business hours. The position is based on salary + commission. This position is a 12-month entry-level position.
The AccountExecutive, REG Franchise is responsible for revenue generation through daily ticket sales activities utilizing current relationships and new business development efforts. Focusing on Tennis in the Land and other Rock Entertainment Group Franchise Properties, with the ability to sell through the portfolio of REG properties including, but not limited to the Cleveland Charge (NBA G League) and Cleveland Monsters (AHL).
The AccountExecutive, REG Franchise will develop and manage a sales pipeline for REG Franchise Properties with a focus on B2B, Groups and B2C selling.
The goal of the AccountExecutive, REG Franchise is to achieve an overall Ticket Sales individual goal for properties including, but not limited to the Tennis in the Land tournament as well as help the Cleveland Monsters and Cleveland Charge hit overall revenue goals. The AccountExecutive, REG Franchise will be provided ample training, company networking opportunities and the necessary tools to be successful in their current role and in their future positions.
Meet or exceed established goals set yearly for new business.
Focus on generating new business for REG Franchise Properties including, but not limited to Tennis in the Land by selling: Premium Products, Full Event and Partial Event Packages, Group Packages, and other ticket packages that do not fit into the above categories.
Prospect new business clients (B2B, Groups, etc.).
Daily responsibilities include cold calling, business prospecting, generating revenue through face-to-face appointments (both in-house and out of the office) and prospect events.
Maintain strong relationships with REG Franchise account base while leveraging relationships for cross sell and upsell opportunities.
Represent the entire organization in the community and be the face of the team for our fans for all events.
Sell, manage, service, renew and upsell accounts including, but not limited to Tennis in the Land, Cleveland Monsters and Cleveland Charge.
Keep and maintain an accurate sales pipeline to be reviewed bi-weekly.
Entertain and nurture relationships with current and prospective clients through the various means available.
Be flexible and organized in selling Tennis in the Land, Cleveland Monsters, Cleveland Charge and other opportunities as they arise.
Work hours outside of typical 40-hour week for events including, but not limited to games, prospect events, and community events.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred. Preferably in Sports Management/Business, Sales, Marketing or Communication.
MINIMUM of 6+ months experience in sports, and/or direct sales; sports/event experience is preferred.
Must have excellent communication skills, a high degree of professionalism, the desire to grow your career in the business of sports, competitive energy, openness to learn, relentless work ethic, the flexibility to adapt to an ever-changing landscape.
Must have flexible availability including nights, weekends and occasional Holidays.
COMPENSATION:
Base Salary: $30,000 + Overtime Pay + Commission.

Job SummaryThe Sales & Marketing Associate provides all ticket services of the Corpus Christi Hooks during the season. This position is a seasonal position that includes nights and weekends beginning in the fall and going through the end of the season. This position supports the Ticket Operations Manager and the Director of Ticket Sales and Services. The Sales & Marketing Associate reports directly to the Senior AccountExecutive. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Be an ambassador and provide excellent customer service for the Corpus Christi Hooks Baseball Club.
Support the sales department by answering incoming calls, responding to emails and assisting with large mail pieces.
Possess extensive knowledge of season memberships, groups and hospitality areas
Assist with season membership renewals as well as prospecting new season sales
Assist with the execution of theme nights, group nights and other target markets throughout the season
Involvement in game-day activities and other outside events as needed
Assist with individual ticket sales at the box office windows
