2. COAT CHECK STAFF
SUMMARY
Coat Check Staff will act as one of the main providers of direct services to guests. They are responsible for various tasks such as checking coats in and out, selling concessions, and answering questions. Coat Check Staff will provide a variety of customer service duties on behalf of the venue in an expert, professional, and friendly manner.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate the various coat check areas within established guidelines and procedures at the venue.

SUMMARY
The Venue Host will ensure a superior level of service is provided to all guests and will seat ADA guests and guests who have purchased VIP upgrades.
