Essential Duties: * Lead and oversee the technical support function for field operations, ensuring timely and accurate troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolution of equipment and system issues across service lines. * Serve as the primary technical liaison between field teams, engineering, operations, and customers to resolve complex product or service challenges and maintain customer satisfaction. * Develop and maintain troubleshooting procedures, service manuals, and training documentation to standardize support across regions and product lines. * Coordinate and prioritize support requests to ensure critical operational issues are escalated and resolved efficiently with minimal downtime. * Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to communicate field performance data, failure trends, and improvement opportunities. * Provide leadership and mentorship to technical support specialists, field service engineers, and technicians-establishing performance expectations, conducting coaching, and driving skill development. * Manage technical support reporting and metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction KPIs. * Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) for recurring technical problems and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. * Support commissioning, installation, and start-up activities for new systems or equipment, ensuring documentation and lessons learned are captured. * Develop and deliver technical training programs for internal personnel and customers to strengthen understanding of system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. * Collaborate with HSEQ teams to ensure all technical support activities align with company safety standards and regulatory requirements. * Assist sales and operations teams with technical presentations, bid support, and customer engagement on complex service solutions. Essential Duties: The Field Service Manager supports TETRA's Water Desalination business by leading field-based operations that deliver end-to-end produced water treatment and desalination solutions. This role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant execution of water treatment activities while supporting technologies that convert produced water into a reusable resource. By overseeing field teams, coordinating maintenance and operations, and partnering with engineering and customers, the Field Service Manager helps enable energy-efficient desalination and the beneficial reuse of water across industrial and low-carbon applications. Ensures that all daily operations are conducted in a safe & efficient manner and in accordance with TETRA Policies & Procedures Responsible for supervising and overseeing various jobs and Operators Attends, assists and leads safety meetings and safety training sessions at the facility and/or job site Ensures that internal and external progress reports are send for his/her operations as required Provides general direction and work assignments to all Facility operations personnel Communicates (teaches, trains, explains), complies, and promotes ES policies Participates, identifies, and promotes continuous improvement initiatives Responsible for successfully resolving technical problems within operations, coordinating with engineering, ensuring the approved solutions are executed. Essential Duties: Financial Modeling & Performance Analysis * Analyze financial performance to explain variances from plan, prior periods, and forecast. * Perform break-even, margin, and cost-structure analyses with area management to improve financial visibility and operational outcomes. * Develop and maintain a formalized bid model template for evaluating proposals and conducting lookbacks to assess project performance. * Prepare and present capital requests aligned with long-term strategic objectives. Reporting, Insights & Operational Excellence * Develop and maintain standardized financial and operational reporting to improve visibility and support data-driven decision-making. * Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reports that track revenue, costs, margins, customer trends, DSO, DIR, and operational performance. * Analyze and distribute monthly DSO and DIR reports to area management teams with recommendations for improvement. * Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across ERP systems, planning tools, SharePoint, and reporting applications. * Maintains accounting controls by preparing, updating and/or recommending policies and procedures. * Prepare accounting entries as needed to ensure financial statements are reasonably stated * Reinforce internal controls and compliance with accounting policies. The Service Technician is responsible for the safe and on-time collection of water and oil samples for various wells on any assigned route. This position is also responsible for conducting various water analysis that includes, but is not limited to gas sampling, field titrations and serial dilution testing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the safety of all personnel working on the job site and the Safety of the Environment Conduct safety briefings Observes safe work practices in the performance of job duties, including the use of proper personal protective equipment at all times Inspects all equipment to ensure equipment is in safe working condition. Maintains records of inspections, as required Assist with the repair or removal of equipment from service in unsafe working conditions Performs in the optimum and safe performance of their duties and the proper care and maintenance of the equipment Monitors all instrumentation Able to troubleshoot separators/GPUs and other testing equipment Maintains and accurately prepares all reports and logs delegated to this position Assist in the investigation and documentation of any near-misses or work-related injuries. Provides first aid treatment, if necessary Requirements: EDUCATION: High School Diploma or General Education Certification (GED) EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years' of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: Valid Driver's License, T2 OTHER: Submit to and satisfactorily complete pre-employment background, medical, alcohol, and drug screening Must possess a valid Driver's License Able and willing to work a rotating shift schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime (if applicable) Able and willing to work in inclement weather, climb structures, perform work at heights, and in enclosed spaces Able and willing to work both independently in remote locations and in a team environment Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
