Pros of working at Aegis Sciences

Their benefits package is ok and they have most people working 4 days for 10 hours.

Cons of working at Aegis Sciences

The management is questionable at best. They will lay off hordes of people in order to cut costs only to call them back the next month. They will also "suggest" that you poor data to clients in order to improve their turn around time. They will give you the runaround for guaranteed raises for certain milestones. Management also tends to play favorites.
