Mark Besch has over 40 years of healthcare experience and has shared 21 of those years with Aegis Therapies. As Chief Clinical Officer for Aegis Therapies, Mr. Besch brings his specialization in long-term geriatrics and in-home care to his oversight of clinical program development, training and implementation. He is also responsible for leading Aegis’ participation in regulatory and legislative affairs and advocacy efforts. Before joining Aegis, Mr. Besch held positions in operations, clinical supervision, and staff training and development. His background includes work in acute care hospitals, including clinical and operational management experience in acute trauma, burns and intensive care units, and cardiac, orthopedic and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation program settings.
