He has worked as Captain at CityJet; Head of Training / Crew Training Postholder-Nominated Person at CityJet; and Manager Safety, Training & Compliance (Acting) at Aer Lingus. Karl studied at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School between 2015 and 2016 and UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School between 2014 and 2017.

Stephen O'Reilly is a Chief Instructor Crew resource management/Human Factors/Error management at Aer Lingus, Chief Instructor CRM/Human Factors at Aer Lingus, and SEPI at Aer Lingus and is based in Ireland. He attended Pacer Global Logistics.
