Pros of working at Aero Air
People are very friendly and most work very hard to get things done. We work together in spite of managements direction. Air show front seat. Almost monthly parties/BBQ. Doughnut day on payday! Kool aircraft stop by for fuel.
Cons of working at Aero Air
Management is a no show. They are set in their ways and will not change. The people that work the hardest and are the most valuable to the business, are abused and taken advantage of. Pay is dismal and well below average. People that work here the longest make less than new hires. No training for advancement.

What do you like best about Aero Air's CEO and the leadership team?
The owner (CEO) is nice but is never here anymore. He use to come down and chat with employees at parties and during the work day. I know he has moved…. but we still miss him. The GM is your buddy but wont do anything productive to make things better for employees. Talks a lot… not so much action
How would you improve Aero Air's culture?
New GM Across the board profit sharing for employees. We work overtime and skip vacations to get planes out and should be compensated. Management training for managers and supervisors. So they know how to talk to and support their employees.

Much lower.

Who cares? We have enough smart people and enough slow people.
