Cons of working at Aerostar International

No recomiendo esta empresa debido a serias deficiencias en su cultura organizacional. Existe un marcado favoritismo y una evidente falta de inclusión, lo que genera un ambiente de trabajo hostil para quienes no forman parte del círculo privilegiado. La exclusión de ciertos empleados en proyectos clave es habitual, lo que perjudica tanto el desarrollo profesional como el ambiente laboral. Además, el liderazgo carece de estándares claros y muestra una preocupante falta de organización. En lugar de ofrecer orientación constructiva ante errores, se recurre a tácticas intimidatorias y manipuladoras, lo cual afecta negativamente la moral de los empleados. El departamento de Recursos Humanos, lejos de cumplir su función de mediador imparcial, respalda de manera consistente a la gestión, dejando a los empleados sin el apoyo necesario. Por último, las decisiones de despido se manejan de manera abrupta y desconsiderada; existen casos en los que se ha desvinculado a empleados sin previo aviso, incluso en momentos sensibles como vísperas de Navidad. En resumen, esta empresa presenta serias fallas estructurales y éticas que impactan negativamente en la experiencia laboral y profesional de sus empleados.
