Primary Responsibilities
Delivery: Completing scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rental fittings in line with our three primary delivery methods:
Traditional - in-accommodation boot fitting and ski teching
Express - No contact drop-off delivery

The Hydraulic Technician I is responsible for performing all tasks associated with the hydraulics area to blueprint and work instruction specifications. This second shift position is part of the Liquids department and is located onsite in New Port Richey, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Perform assembly and testing on valves and assemblies by interpreting blueprints and job sheets, maintaining high productivity while producing quality parts.
Follow written technical instructions and drawings. Set-up test stand and test valves and assemblies to meet specifications on job sheets. Proof test by placing valves in block and re-testing. Troubleshoot problems during assembly and test.
Work with solvents, oils, and other chemicals. Responsible for the upkeep and inventory of company hand tools and tooling. Complete all necessary paperwork as required including scorecards, hazard recognitions, routers and data, Follower Tags, ATP, Slitter Sheets, etc.
The essential requirements of the job include:
High School diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED) plus two (2) years of experience in a position demonstrating mechanical aptitude.
Working knowledge and prior experience using hand tools and gauges (torque wrenches, calipers).
Familiarity with hydraulic / pneumatic principles and related hardware (flow testing, cracking and resetting of valves) is an asset. Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, job sheets, and written work instructions.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Physical requirements include ability to stand for long time periods (8 hours or more), frequently twist and bend, lifting weight: 35 lbs., daily lifting frequency, ability to work with solvents, oils, and other chemicals.

TASK DESCRIPTION:
Aircraft Mechanic II (23022): Aircraft Mechanics II must have a combination of experience to repair engines, sheet metal, and structural, hydraulic, electrical, power train and general mechanical maintenance of moderate difficulty, required to meet the assigned missions. Additionally provides input to Maintenance Engineering Changes (MEC), Estimated Cost of Damage preparation (ECOD) and assist in the recommendation of changes to (MWO). Individuals must be able to prioritize workloads and are required to lead teams through more complex aircraft relevant tasks. Mechanic IIs can inspect Mechanic IIs and Is. This mechanic maintains repairs and modifies aircraft structures and structural components of moderate difficulty, maintains and repairs aircraft components including but not limited to flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, and mechanical components, applies technical knowledge of airframe and power plant systems in determining equipment malfunctions and applies required expertise in restoring equipment condition and or operation, and applies comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as blueprints or manufactures' manuals. Must have a thorough knowledge of aircraft mechanical component troubleshooting, repair procedures and replacement of parts, requires broad knowledge of aircraft sheet metal/structural modifications and repair, must have basic knowledge of electrical theory, must have thorough knowledge of aircraft unique tools such as test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, sheet metal brakes and sheers. This job requires working knowledge of technical publications. The incumbent receives technical guidance, as required, from supervisor or higher-level technician, will occasionally be required to lead teams through more complex aircraft relevant tasks, and may be required to make entries in aircraft logs and records. Must be able to prioritize workload to maintain schedules on assigned projects. May require specialization in sheet-metal, electric work, avionics or other aircraft systems related disciplines.
Skill and Knowledge: Shall have the ability to troubleshoot malfunctions in various aircraft systems and be able to perform general Organizational Level maintenance and possess one or more of the specialties of the assigned aircraft below:
Airframe/Structural, Corrosion, Landing Gear, Wing/Pylon Fold, Hydraulic/Pneumatic, and mechanical Flight Control Systems
Must be knowledgeable of technical directives, NAMP programs, and shall be knowledgeable of and understand basic supply procedures.
Aircraft Mechanic II shall have experience writing with clarity and technical accuracy, and ensure adherence to all applicable policies and procedures.
Possess a high degree of expertise in the control and coordination of aircraft maintenance.
Thorough working knowledge of applicable maintenance/technical manuals and publications.
Thorough working knowledge of aircraft maintenance records.
Working understanding of the aircraft and aircraft systems.
Responsibility: Performs requirements in accordance with the procedures established in the PWS. Performs diagnosis and corrective actions, disassembles, inspects, evaluates, and accomplishes necessary repairs, lays out work according to technical instructions and technical directives. Determines what repairs, modifications, and part replacements are required. May be required to verify work performed by another for which he/she is qualified to perform.
Task Requirements:
Occasionally leads teams.
Performs aircraft maintenance functions of the Line, Corrosion Control, and Aircraft Organizational Level maintenance
Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance support for assigned H-1 aircraft
Performs inspection, disassembly, repair, servicing, TD compliance, modification, assembly, corrosion control, preservation/depreservation
Maintain aircraft and aeronautical equipment to continuously support the assigned readiness posture outlined in in the activities plan and daily flight schedule
Aircraft maintenance action documentation via logs, records, forms, and electronic means
Troubleshoot malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, pneumatic, hydraulic, ventilation and heating, flight surfaces and controls, dynamic components, and powerplant systems.
Use hand tools, power tools, machines, specific and general aviation test measurement and diagnostic equipment, and sets kits and outfits (SKO).
Inspect, repair, replace, and rebuild aircraft components/sub components to include rigging of flight control.
Read and interpret manufacturers' maintenance manuals, service bulletins, technical data, engineering data, and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.
Confined space operations to include fuel cell entry
Support Equipment (SE) operation and inspections
Preservation and depreservation
General aircraft maintenance
Requisition repair parts, materials, and consumable supplies through military supply system.
Perform general housekeeping and organization of workstation(s), shop(s), maintenance facility to provide a clean, safe, and FOD free environment
Perform shift work and/or overtime as required
Perform other tasks as directed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Five or more years' H-1 rotary wing experience
Seven or more years' rotary wing maintenance experience
Familiarity and ability to use NAVAIR IETMS.
Four or more years' experience with NALCOMIS/OOMA
Basic Corrosion Control Course
Advanced Corrosion Control Course/Paint and Final Finish
Hydraulic Contamination Qualification
APU Qualification
Aircraft Jacking Qualification
Previously certified H-1 CDQAR
Basic Qualifications:
Four or more years H-1 rotary wing aircraft maintenance experience
Must achieve Collateral Duty/Quality Assurance Representative (CD/QAR) AH-1Z & UH-1Y designation for DOL Skill within 90 days of hire
Must be able to work 1st, 2nd, 3rdand weekend shift schedule as required
Must be able work flexible work-week schedules i.e. M-F or as required
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be able to obtain favorable National Agency Check with Written Inquires (NACI), IAW DTM-08-003 “Next Generation Common Access Card (CAC) Implementation Guidance or Secret security clearance as required for the position
Must be able to climb ladders, raised platforms, and aircraft
Must be able to use hand and power tools
Must have dexterity to handle small parts
Must be able to deploy to support off station exercises and perform other support duties if required
Compensation
$41.49/hour

Employees receive a minimum health and welfare benefit of $2.65 per hour paid up to 40 hours per week.
