We are seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our team and ensure high-quality production of our products. The role involves following safety procedures, assembling components, and ensuring products meet specification standards. **Responsibilities** + Follow all safety procedures and use required safety equipment according to company policies and practices. + Review work orders for product specifications and requirements. + Visually inspect components and completed units during assembly for quality and accuracy. + Select and assemble parts and assemblies together in proper sequence by drilling holes, adding rivets, screws, braces, tape, etc., to meet specifications. + Select appropriate sub-assemblies or component parts and install them in the unit according to design specifications. + Apply wiring harnesses, sensors, and other electrical components in cabinet as per specifications. + Use a wide range of hand tools, drill, rivet gun, saw, hy-pot tester, hacksaw, and drill press. + Complete assembly processes to finish the unit in specified sequence. + Ensure that completed units meet specified quality standards prior to moving them to the next workstation. + Foam completed cabinets according to engineering specifications. + Clean the immediate work area on a daily schedule. + Perform other duties as requested by supervisor. **Essential Skills** + Requires high school diploma or GED. + Computer skills or willingness to learn. + 1-2 years of manufacturing experience with demonstrated product assembly. + Ability to frequently lift up to 35 pounds. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to read, interpret and follow wiring diagrams and blueprints. + Ability to read and differentiate part numbers, labels, and work instructions. + Experience in standing, bending, reaching, and handling bulky parts is common to the job. + Preferred manufacturing experience. **Why Work Here?** Join our team and be part of a supportive work environment where safety and quality are prioritized.
