We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor for the 1st shift. You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance department and operations, supervising 3-5 maintenance technicians across two shifts. Your role will include managing inventory and spare parts tracking systems, prioritizing and managing CMMS and PM programs, and supervising day-to-day tasks and their completion. Additionally, you will generate reports to track maintenance expenditures and machine downtime.
