Join our team as a General Laborer in a local parts cleaning company where you will play a key role in maintaining and inspecting parts and assemblies for high-tech semiconductor manufacturing. Begin your journey with an initial schedule of Monday to Friday from 6am to 2:30 pm, transitioning to either a front or back half shift, Wednesday to Saturday or Sunday to Wednesday, from 6am to 4:30 pm.
**Responsibilities**
+ Process, clean, and inspect parts and assemblies from semiconductor manufacturing.
+ Disassemble, clean/refurbish, reassemble, perform final clean, and prepare parts in a controlled cleanroom environment.
+ Maintain the highest safety and quality standards while focusing on customer needs and company values.
+ Practice inventory management to ensure proper stocking levels.
+ Receive, inspect, process, package, and transport parts and components.
+ Support maintenance of processing equipment including media blasters, solvent benches, ultrasonic tanks, and ovens.
+ Utilize various cleaning techniques, including mechanical and chemical cleaning equipment.
+ Use safety equipment daily, such as hearing protection, safety glasses or face shields, and chemical-resistant aprons and gloves.
+ Handle potentially hazardous materials following appropriate safety procedures.
+ Work in a cleanroom environment, wearing appropriate garments and following micro-contamination protocols.
+ Strictly adhere to all corporate, industry, and site protocols and procedures.
+ Ensure work area, equipment, and tools are clean and properly maintained.
+ Read and understand written work instructions and procedures, ensuring each step is annotated as complete when finished.
**Essential Skills**

The role involves working extensively with harnesses and soldering, following schematics and diagrams, and performing some mechanical assembly. Aluminum Welder

**Traveler Aluminum Welder** **Paying $28 / HR - $35 / HR + $150 per diem** These positions are open due to the Maneuver Support Vessel (MSV) project. Currently the company is in the production of making 32 of these ships over the next 10 years. Currently they are working on the construction of the prototypes but all of these ships are being built for the army and will be used to transport military vehicles. Weld test will be held in Vancouver, WA.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Must have experience on aluminum.
+ Must be able to describe this experience and pass a weld test.
+ Read blueprints and weld to specific instructions
+ On the job welding and fabricating on aluminum in and out of position.
+ MIG experience is a requirement and pulse arc experience is preferred.
+ Welding in multiple positions is preferred.
**Qualifications:**
+ Prior welding experience on aluminum.
**Environment/ Shift:**
+ Large scale manufacturer of structural steel and aluminum parts for government work including: bridges, dams, nuclear sites, boats and barges.
+ Clean shop that works almost exclusively with aluminum a majority of the time.
+ Day shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday.
