We are seeking an experienced **Maintenance Manager** to lead our maintenance team and ensure all equipment and machinery are operating at peak performance. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong mechanical expertise, a working knowledge of electrical systems, and the ability to train, mentor, and coordinate a team of technicians.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Ensure facility equipment and machines are properly maintained and functioning correctly
+ Oversee the facility's maintenance program; identify and analyze equipment/machinery failures and implement corrective actions
+ Provide technical training and guidance to operators and team members
+ Coordinate work performed by outside contractors, vendors, and engineering consultants
+ Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment
+ Troubleshoot and repair high-speed filling and packaging equipment
+ Support production line changeovers and continuous improvement initiatives
+ Maintain housekeeping standards in all work areas, shops, and parts storage areas
+ Execute work orders on time and in priority order as assigned by management
+ Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot production equipment
**Technical Focus**
+ Mechanical, electrical, VFD sensor experience required
+ Welding experience is a plus but not required
+ Must own personal tools
**Skills & Qualifications**
+ Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
+ Ability to read schematics and blueprints; PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
+ Knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems and preventive maintenance practices
+ Minimum 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience (required)
+ Ability to work long periods on your feet, bend/stoop repetitively, and lift up to 25 lbs
+ Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
+ Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to delegate and prioritize tasks
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

We are seeking several skilled Heavy Equipment Operators for multiple job sites. Operators will be responsible for fine grading building pads using bulldozers and excavators, and performing various tasks on the construction site.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate bulldozers and excavators to fine grade building pads.
+ Assist with road and curb crew tasks, including basic shovel work.
+ Perform labor work when necessary, including tasks outside of operating machinery.
+ Help out with other tasks as required to ensure project completion.
**Essential Skills**
