    **Job Title:** **Warehouse Picker (1st Shift)** **Pay Rate:** **$16/hr** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Warehouse Picker** to join our 1st shift team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately sorting boxes, arranging them on the correct pick pallet for forklift operators, and handling products of various sizes-from small handheld boxes to large machine parts weighing up to 1,000 lbs.
