**Job Title: Cleanroom Packaging Assembler** **Job Description** As a Cleanroom Packaging Assembler, you will be assigned specific products and daily build quantity goals. You will work at a station where parts and tools are pre-arranged, and you will use a computer to access prints and drawings. The role involves both mechanical and electrical assembly tasks, including the use of screws, bolts, framing, housings, and the laying of wires and connections. You will also utilize quality inspection instruments to ensure build tolerances are met.
**Responsibilities**
+ Achieve daily assigned product and build quantity goals.
+ Access prints and drawings on a computer for assembly guidance.
+ Perform mechanical assembly using screws, bolts, framing, and housings.
+ Conduct electrical assembly by laying wires and making connections.
+ Utilize quality inspection instruments to verify build tolerances.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3-5 years of technical assembly experience of full electromechanical builds.
+ 3-5 years of experience reading assembly drawings and prints.
+ Proficient with hand and power tools, including impact drivers, manual and electric screwdrivers, and T-Handle Allen wrenches.
+ 3-5 years of experience reading metric and standard tape measures.
+ 3-5 years of experience using calipers and micrometers.
+ Experience with cleanroom environments.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with height gauges, thread gauges, or similar quality instruments.
+ Familiarity with .03 micron tolerance specifications.

**Work Environment**

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for layering fibers and fabrics with epoxies and glues on molds and tools. This role requires you to assemble and disassemble molds and tools, cut and measure fabrics and fibers, and follow strict procedures and instructions while maintaining visual attention to detail. You will operate CNC machines and cut tables using computer systems and follow computer-based work instructions and documentation. The curing process involves the use of ovens, and materials are stored in refrigerators.
**Responsibilities**
+ Layer fibers/fabrics with epoxies and glues on molds/tools.
+ Assemble and disassemble molds/tools.
+ Cut and measure fabrics/fibers.
+ Follow strict procedures and instructions with visual attention to detail.
+ Operate CNC machines and cut tables using computer systems.
+ Follow computer-based work instructions and documentation.
+ Manage curing processes in ovens and store materials in refrigerators.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1-3 years of experience in fields that emphasize attention to detail, following work instructions, fabricating, troubleshooting builds, using tools, and assembling products.

JOB SUMMARY
The Maintenance Associate repairs and maintains the facility, equipment, performs both reactive and preventative maintenance, and performs minor improvements to equipment and the facility. This position supports all production and supports staff and management in maintenance duties as requested.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot all production and facility equipment and systems.
Systems include electrical, mechanical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems.
Monitors to ensure all utilities and production equipment are running properly and efficiently through assigning, tracking, and performing preventative maintenance.
Perform welding and machining tasks.
Perform PLC troubleshooting.
Assist engineering with projects.
Responds promptly to calls for production and utility equipment malfunctions and ground maintenance.
Troubleshoots, investigates various facility and production equipment systems and repairs as required.
Operates various types of power lift equipment and performs overhead work.
Perform electrical troubleshooting.
Supports Corporate EHS&S activities.
Provides a safe work environment and adheres to company policies.
Other duties or projects as assigned.
SUPERVISORY SKILLS
This is a non-exempt position with no direct or indirect reports.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Must be able to read and understand verbal and written instructions and other directives or documents as job duties require (testing or other aptitude verification may be required).
Associates degree, Journeyman, or related coursework and/or experience preferred.
One (1) to Three (3) years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The Maintenance Associate job requires many physical demands such as: walking, sitting, climbing, lifting, twisting, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50lbs. There is the possibility of maneuvering doors and heavy equipment with limited movement in some work areas. Ability to stand 8 - 12 hours.
The Maintenance Associate's work environment includes normal factory conditions with climate control. This Associate is required to work in the production areas of the plant. There is minimal noise and vibration levels. There is the possibility of exposure to different types of chemicals (refer to SDS in the area), moving objects, moving mechanical parts, sharp tools, and minimal lifting.
AUTHORITY LEVEL
Ability to halt or suspend operations based upon safety or quality concerns.
Provide leadership without supervisory authority.
Escalate production associate issues to Coordinator as appropriate.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Mechanical and electrical aptitude to include a basic understanding of electrical schematic drawings.
Programmable Logic Control (PLC) logic or willing to receive provided training.
Skilled in Robot Operation.
Must be able to work full-time and overtime as required.
Good written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization.
Ability to use Microsoft office programs, such as: Word, Excel, Outlook.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be able to take and follow directions.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Work under time pressure to minimize downtime.

**Responsibilities**
+ Operate CNC Mills to machine airplane landing gear parts.
+ Perform 1 to 2 set-ups per day for low volume parts.
+ Maintain tight tolerances of +/- .001.
+ Manage machine controls, including pulling and sending programs and tool changes.
+ Interpret setup sheets and tool lists.
+ Calculate offsets based on prints and adjust cutting pressures.
+ Use precision measuring equipment to inspect parts.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3+ years experience setting up and operating CNC machines in a job shop setting.
+ 3+ years experience interpreting blueprints and setup sheets.
+ 3+ years experience performing quality inspections using micrometers and calipers.
+ 3+ years experience reading and interpreting blueprints and work orders.
