    We are seeking a skilled Electrical Wireman to join our team in an industrial-commercial setting, focused on assembling large power distribution equipment. The role involves performing electrical assembly and wiring of control panels and switchboards for switchgear equipment, using schematics to wire panels and units. **Responsibilities** + Perform electrical assembly and wiring of control panels and switchboards for switchgear equipment. + Utilize schematics to wire panels and units. + .Complete the building and wiring of units that can take over a month to finish. **Essential Skills** + Commercial or Industrial Electrical experience. + Ability to read and interpret schematics. + Proficiency with electrical tools. + Experience with point-to-point wiring and electrical assembly. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must have own tools. + Wiring experience in industrial or commercial settings. + Troubleshooting skills for wiring and component application problems. + Switchgear experience is a plus. + Journeyman Card is a plus. + Industrial electrician exprience is a plus + Commercial/residential electrical experience is considered. **Why Work Here?** Join a thriving company with projects extending through the year 2028. Collaborate with mechanical assemblers and other fabricators in a large industrial-commercial setting that manufactures substations, switchgear, circuit breakers, and more. The standard shift is from 5:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, with possible overtime on Fridays. Expect to work 5-10 hours of overtime per week when required. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Canton, OH. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
