This role involves selecting, weighing, measuring, preparing, and adding appropriate coatings to machines. You will set up and operate machines to coat products, observe machine gauges and equipment to detect defects or deviations from standards, and make adjustments as necessary. Recording operational data on specified forms is also required. A thorough understanding of raw materials, production processes, and other techniques is essential to maximize the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** As a Production Associate, you will oversee the production line creating various fasteners for multiple automotive companies. You will perform visual inspections and quality checks on finished products, unload hoppers, prepare boxes for shipment, and utilize RF scanners to track outgoing inventory. Additionally, you will load boxes of fasteners onto conveyors, perform minor machine maintenance, and assist with other production tasks as required, all while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee the production line for fasteners.
+ Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on finished products.
+ Unload hoppers and prepare boxes for shipment.
