+ Responsible for responding to inquiries, both verbally and in writing, on arbitration policies and procedures, pleadings, case status, assessment of fees, and the ODR Portal.
+ Monitor case-related reports to ensure compliance with deadlines and expectations, maintaining all service level agreements.
+ Conducts and processes financial review of settled/withdrawn cases and hearing awards, reviews incoming submissions, and closes cases within expected timeframe.
+ Monitor case-related reports to ensure compliance, maintain motions calendar, solicit responses, and prepare documentation for timely submission to arbitrators, making recommendations for administrative motions and substantive issues.

Perform basic carpentry and general cleaning duties involved in building and grounds maintenance, plus work outdoors in all weather conditions e.g. snow removal.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
High school diploma or G.E.D. is required. Associate's degree, certificate, or apprenticeship training in a related field from a vocational/technical school or college is required.

Chemical processing industry and related equipment experience (mixers, pumps, steam systems, fabrication, electrical, welding) is preferred.

Inspect, feel, and measure work pieces to ensure that surfaces and dimensions meet specifications.
Perform basic maintenance, such as cleaning and lubricating machine parts.
Dress grinding wheels, according to specifications.
Monitor machine operations to determine whether adjustments are necessary; stop machines when problems occur.
Remove and replace worn or broken machine parts, using hand tools.
File or finish surfaces of work pieces, using prescribed hand tools.
Turn valves to direct flow of coolant against cutting wheels and work pieces during grinding.
Compute numbers, widths, and angles of cutting tools, micrometers, scales, and gauges, and adjust tools to produce specified cuts.
