+ Track parts and equipment in transit to aircraft on ground (AOG).
+ Act as a point of contact for maintenance performed away from the main base.
+ Perform maintenance planning and track scheduled maintenance workload.
+ Obtain approvals and complete Ferry Flight Authorization Forms.
+ Coordinate both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on company aircraft.
+ Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5+ years of A&P Mechanic experience or any form of maintenance control experience on any commercial airframe (Boeing, Airbus, CRJ, ERJ).
+ FAA A&P License Required

_Contractor Onboarding_
+ Provide world class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience

_Operational Support Activities_

+ Partner with talent acquisition to manage internal onboarding for all field office/on-premise hiring, including I-9 and onboarding paperwork completion, setting up desk, etc.
+ Provide education and accountability to field office/VOP producers around important processes, including timely ESF submittal, timely CRG submittal, timely finish ESF submittal, etc.
+ In partnership with FOS, manage office purchasing (P-card reconciliation) and vendor management (copier maintenance, kitchen appliance service, etc.)
