**What's the Job?**
+ Manage the entire customer billing and collections cycle, including converting sales orders to invoices and following up on open invoices
+ Process vendor bills from purchase order through payable stage in ERP, matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving discrepancies
+ Assist with weekly accounts payable for 30-50 vendors, ensuring timely and accurate payments
+ Review daily procurement card charges, matching them to relevant orders to ensure proper allocation
+ Update order portals with tracking information and maintain vendor and customer records in ERP systems
**What's Needed?**
+ Experience in administration, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general accounting within a manufacturing or distribution environment
+ Proficiency with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems is a plus
+ Strong knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
