+ Perform boiler operations, including fire tube and water tube boilers with a total capacity of 135,000#/hr.
+ Conduct air compressor operations with 35 scfm of 35# air and 600 scfm of 90# air, including air dryers for the site's instruments.
+ Operate cooling tower systems supplying utilities and process with a total tonnage of 6750 tons of tower water.
+ Monitor and manage water treatment systems, including softened water and mixed bed deionized water.
+ Perform chiller operations to ensure the supply of 2500 tons of chilled water to production.
+ Operate the site's industrial wastewater biological treatment system in compliance with the City of Raleigh Industrial Users Permit.
+ Manage and maintain compliance with permits and safety requirements.
+ Collect and analyze various types of water samples, recording data on lab sheets and company forms.
+ Monitor and operate the site's fire system.
+ Maintain security awareness during off hours and act as the first point of contact to identify, correct, and report hazards.
+ Become properly trained to enter confined spaces, including open-topped tanks and enclosed vessels for inspections and repairs.
