As an experienced Digital Print Operator, you will be an integral part of our team in a dynamic and expanding Direct Mail Marketing agency, focusing on print and manufacturing. **Responsibilities** + Operate multiple black and white and/or color high-speed digital printers simultaneously. + Follow written instructions accurately. + Setup and release jobs from the print queue. + Make necessary image positioning, image quality, and color adjustments to ensure quality. + Monitor quality of job output for correctness and image quality on multiple printers. + Maintain daily print job production logs and data collection. + Operate SCREEN Printer. + Help oversee daily shift operations, ensuring client-driven deadlines are met, and key processes are followed. + Effectively coordinate workflow/volume with resources while motivating others to achieve predetermined quality and efficiency goals. + Assist with machine operation training, apply company policies, and interface with other departments. + Set up, operate, and monitor high-speed inserting equipment used in the production and assembly of client output. + Ensure every job is verified, materials for the job match customer requests, and achieve throughput goals assigned by management. **Essential Skills** + Experience in digital printing using Xerox, Konica, and Ricoh machines is preferred but not required. + **MBO Folders** + **High-speed swing arms** + **Envelope Converter** + Excellent communication skills with all levels of staff. + Exceptional organizational skills. + Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. + Strong English writing and proofing skills. + Dependable and reliable. + Basic computer skills. + Ability to stand for the majority of a shift and lift 50lbs regularly. + Problem-solving skills. + Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. + Willingness to learn new systems and software (Fiery). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with inserter machines, high-speed manufacturing, production, mailroom operations. + Experience with machine operation, bindery, packaging, folder, lamination, screen printing, ink printing, mail machine, MBO folder, swing arms, and envelope converter. **Work Environment** Work in a fast-paced environment with a day shift from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, and a swing shift from 2:30 PM to 10 PM. Be prepared for 4 AM start times and staying until 1 AM/1:30 AM when required.
