**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in assembly and use of hand tools.
+ Experience with electronics testing and blueprint reading.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills.
+ Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools is preferred.
+ Technical writing experience is preferred.
+ Formal problem-solving training (RCA, PDCA, 8D, etc.) is preferred.
+ Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
**Shifts**
+ Day (1st Shift): 6:30am-3pm
+ Voluntary overtime is offered, with an expectation of consistent participation. Average 5-15 hours of Overtime weekly. Overtime would start at 4:15am if working 1st shift. Overtime could be available as well on a Saturday, or at times Sunday.

Produce detailed 2D drawings and 3D CAD models for pressure vessels and tanks using AutoCAD and Inventor.
Prepare fabrication and assembly drawings in compliance with ASME, API, AWWA, and NFPA codes.
Review and verify drawings for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
Incorporate design changes and clarifications from engineers as required.
Support fabrication and field teams with drawing guidance as needed.
Interface with shop and field managers to resolve drawing issues.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of drafting experience in pressure vessel, tank, or heavy industrial fabrication.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Inventor; 3D CAD modeling experience preferred.
Solid understanding of ASME, API, AWWA, and NFPA standards as applied to drafting.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal guidance.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Preferred Attributes:
Familiarity with fabrication processes, materials, and shop operations.
Experience preparing drawings for field assembly and installation.
Local or regional familiarity, or willingness to relocate long-term.
