The Sr. Buyer performs procurement duties related to the purchasing of services, supplies and equipment in accordance to policies and regulations. In this role, one reviews and analyzes purchase requisitions as well as coordinates purchasing activities with manufacturing, planning and engineering departments to acquire inventory in a cost effective and timely manner. The Senior Buyer will process purchase requisitions, purchase change orders and requests for quotes to suppliers. Participates in maximizing the procurement teams' changes, part parameters; quote table maintenance, supplier database information, error report analysis, and part number/supplier code information. The Production Control Clerk II performs clerical tasks in the production control function. One coordinates and controls work orders released to Production as well as goods moving back and forth between Production and other departments. Position Responsibilities Coordinate and alleviate identified work order part shortages by working closely with Purchasing, Quality and Production Planners. Update and prioritize the work board in the production area, coordinating with production planners Proactively monitoring and expediting identified shortage parts that are in ‘inspection' status, through quality, stockroom and onto work orders that are waiting for shortage parts. Working with the production leads to help move urgent product from one cell to another or through the stockroom. Issue items in a timely manner to work orders that are being collected and processed in the sell-off area. Notify planners in a timely manner of rejected, identified shortage parts or rejected production builds. The Field Service Representative (FSR) Instructor I operates and provides instruction on Medium UAS (MUAS), specifically the Jump20 platform, in the classroom (Petaluma, CA) and in the field (various locations). In this role, one instructs to standards and ensures all MUAS flight and ground operations follow established procedures and are conducted safely. This role is primarily a part of the Training Department designated to train new hires, existing employees, and customers on our platform. Additionally, the FSR Instructor I may be responsible for the execution of flight demonstrations and conducting health and well-being checks of customer systems. This role at times may also be asked to assist Business Development, Product Line Managers, Program Managers, Customer Service and Marketing. The FSR Instructor I may at times work with engineering, technical support, and manufacturing to ensure that course material reflects current product features. The **Business Development Director - Middle East** is responsible for the identification and business development of prospective UAS customers in the Middle East region. This position is responsible for the direction of all strategic and tactical efforts as they relate to supporting existing business as well as capturing new business in the region. The **Systems Engineer II** works with our Design team to develop a variety of innovative Unmanned Systems for defense and commercial applications. This position will interact with Controls Engineers to allocate requirements and develop architectures to drive simulation models. The Material Control Specialist III is responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels to support production and operational efficiency while adhering to company policies and procedures. This role involves tracking, analyzing, and reconciling inventory records to ensure accuracy and availability. The Material Control Specialist collaborates with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to optimize inventory flow and minimize discrepancies. Position Responsibilities Monitors inventory levels and ensures materials are available to meet production and operational needs. Receives and counts stock items, and records data using computerized system. Packs and unpacks items to be stocked on shelves in stockroom in an orderly and accessible manner. Conducts cycle counts and physical inventory audits to reconcile stock discrepancies. Investigates and resolves inventory variances by working closely with procurement, warehouse, and production teams. Issues or distributes materials, products, parts, and supplies to customers or coworkers, based on information from incoming requisitions. Maintains accurate inventory records in the ERP/MRP system, ensuring data integrity. Depending on warehouse, some positions may also be responsible for packaging and shipping (domestic and international -- to include small package, large freight, dangerous goods, and sensitive items). Collaborates with suppliers and internal stakeholders to track incoming shipments and expedite critical materials when necessary. Assists in implementing inventory control policies, procedures and process improvements to enhance inventory efficiency and reduce waste. Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisors or inventory managers. Experience working with MRP/ERP systems for inventory tracking and control. Demonstrated computer skills and proficiency using office software and/or computerized inventory control system. A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required in order to drive company vehicles. Takes ownership and responsibility for current and past work products. Other Qualifications & Desired Competencies APICS Certification (CPIM) or equivalent is desirable but not required. Experience using Oracle ERP or a similar system is preferred. Forklift experience desirable but not required. Prior Hazmat shipping experience (lithium-ion or equivalent) is desired. Demonstrated knowledge of safe material handling practices and the safe handling of electro-static sensitive components (ESD) is desired.
