Job Description:
Job Summary: Performs purchasing and sourcing functions for maintenance and ground support equipment. Ensures timely and cost-effective buys in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration regulations. Manages purchase order database and tracks orders from input to receipt. * Process Materials on Requisition (MOR) on a daily basis from receipt in department through input of purchase orders.
* Identifies and corrects computer procedures as required.
* Performs back-up expeditor duties as required.
* Executes other work as directed by Materials Manager.
* Reconciles accounting and receiving discrepancies.
* Provides training on proper procedures/duties of the Purchasing Department.
* Maintains a clean and safe work environment.

Education and Experience:
* Associates of Arts degree or two years equivalent procurement experience.
* Requires two years of purchasing experience in repair station or airline environment.
Abilities and Skills:
* Should possess the ability to negotiate terms, establish accounts and determine methods of shipment.
* Ability to network effectively and maintain good working relationship with all departments and employees.
* Proficient with current software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Typing speed of at least 35 WPM is required.
* Must have good organizational skills, be able to prioritize work, accurately perform duties with constant activity in area, and pay close attention to detail.
* Must be self-starter requiring a minimum of supervision and perform with a degree of accuracy in the execution of job assignments.

* Pick up Aircraft Maintenance records from designated areas in accordance with customer program and AerSale policy. Ensure that the records have been properly accounted for by the PC's.

Job Summary: The Team Lead is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe work environment, managing personnel and delivery of quality aircraft/product on time. The Team Lead prioritizes all work to be accomplished during a specific shift and forecasting the next 24 hours. He/She performs work within budgeted time within AerSale, FAA and the customers' standards or quality. * Ensure all PM & FAA regulations are adhered to.
* Participate in aircraft investigations to help find root causes and develop corrective actions.

Education and Experience:

* Maintain a lesson learned file for each project.
* Turn over to production a complete work package which consists of pre-dock and contract review, work package, manpower requirements, tooling and material requirements and all appropriate technical data attached.
* Understand and be able to accomplish the functions of all other members in the Planning office.
* Familiarity with Maintenance Programs and can read and understand Aircraft manuals and drawings.
* Assist management with forecasting all manpower, facility, tooling and material requirements using customer provided work scopes.

Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Perform work assignments as determined by the shop management.

* Comply with all safety directive and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
* Ability to work in a shop environment with the ability to lift 100 lbs.
* Ability to read and interpret schematics and drawings.

Travel Requirements
Education and Experience:
* High school diploma GED
* FCC certification
* 2-5 years of combined bench or line experience working on Avionics components. Performing teardown, inspection, parts requisition, assembly, testing, troubleshooting, repair and overhaul of aircraft Avionics components. ADF, Radio altimeter, VHF, HF, VOR/ILS, Radar, DME, Transponders, Steering computers, Instrument amplifiers, Radar indicators, Digital air data computers, Baro rate computers, Gables panels, Power transformers and Antennas. Extensive knowledge of Avionics components is required for this position.
* A&P License. (Preferred)
* FCC certification (Preferred)
* Associate degree in Electronics
* 2 Years aviation Avionics experience

* Aviation I Business Degree or equivalent aviation experience preferred.
