About the role - CDL Class B Driver (Louisville, TN) We are excited to announce an opportunity at Orica for a CDL Class B Driver within our Orica USA Commercial team. Assist in coordinating and preparing for Career Fairs. Proactively follow up with hiring managers to obtain timely feedback on interviewed candidates and ensure consistent communication throughout the hiring process. Screen incoming resumes to identify qualified candidates and forward top profiles to recruiters and hiring managers for review. Maintain regular updates to the recruiting team regarding candidate status, feedback, and next steps to ensure alignment and transparency. Track candidate progress within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure all notes and feedback are accurately recorded. Participate in weekly meetings to discuss recruiting progress, Assist with special projects and ad hoc needs. Other administrative task dictated by business needs. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field. At least 2-4 years of experience in recruiting.
