Essential Functions Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, finance, legal, and business development, to ensure alignment of tax planning strategies and deal execution. Advise on the tax implications of new business initiatives, including infrastructure development and energy-related projects. Conduct technical tax research and prepare memoranda and supporting documentation on complex tax issues. Review and provide guidance on tax-related provisions in commercial contracts, particularly those involving data center development, energy procurement, and regulated entities. Monitor and assess the impact of legislative and regulatory developments on the company's tax position and strategy. Support tax analysis for acquisitions, transfers, divestments, and other complex transactions, including structuring and risk evaluation. Required Qualifications For Position Bachelor's Degree In Accounting or equivalent At least 5 years of public accounting and/or corporate tax experience at a publicly traded company, Strong analytical, technical, and research skills. Skilled in drafting clear and persuasive technical memos and presentations for both tax professionals and business stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to take ownership and deliver accurate, timely results. Effective communicator with the ability to tailor messaging for senior leadership, as well as train and support staff and business partners. Collaborative problem-solver with a track record of building consensus around tax solutions. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
