Carolyn is a healthcare technology executive who brings over 20 years leadership experience to Aetion. She previously served in senior leadership roles at three of the most important companies driving the transition from fee-for-service to value-based care. As the CEO of Remedy Partners, she led the market-leading company in providing software and services for bundled payment programs. Prior to that, she served as Executive Vice President of Payer Strategy and Operations at Evolent Health, where she led the team responsible for operationalizing value-based payer contracts and provider-led health plans serving populations enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, and Exchange programs. During her four-year tenure, Evolent grew from a start-up with fewer than 50 employees and $8 million in annual revenue to a public company with more than 1,000 employees and $150 million in revenue. Carolyn has also served in several leadership roles within the Medicare and Medicaid businesses of UnitedHealth Group. As Chief Operating Officer of UnitedHealth Group’s Community and State plan in New Jersey, Carolyn drove a financial and cultural turnaround and grew membership to more than 400,000 beneficiaries. Prior to that, she was the Vice President of Medicare Special Needs Plans, serving as the national product lead for health plans tailored to individuals with chronic illnesses and limited incomes. Early in her career Carolyn was a management consultant both in the Strategic Change Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers and in the health and life sciences division of Silverline Technologies. Carolyn earned her undergraduate degree at Harvard University and her MBA in healthcare management from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Jeremy is an epidemiologist and computer scientist with nearly 25 years of experience in the science and technology of big data.

Jeremy was an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, where he created cutting-edge methods for developing quality evidence using real-world data. Prior to that, Jeremy spent a decade in Silicon Valley. He was the fifth employee at E.piphany, Inc., where he was involved in the creation, sale and deployment of data-intensive applications for marketing and customer relationship management. Jeremy received his bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and his master's and doctorate degrees in epidemiology from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.

Allon Rauer is a Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer at Aetion and is based in Greater New York City Area. He has worked as Senior Architect at Deutsche Bank; Tech Lead at Epiphany; and Managing Director, Technology at Roc. Allon attended Carnegie Mellon University between 1992 and 1996 and Carnegie Mellon University between 1995 and 1996.

David is Chief People Officer to Aetion and has over 15 years of experience building and leading human resources teams across public and private companies.

Most recently, David served as Capsule’s first Head of People where he built out the HR team and led all aspects of the people strategy during a time of rapid organizational growth. Capsule is a healthcare technology business dedicated to rebuilding the pharmacy from the inside out.

Prior executive roles include time at Tyco International, XL Group, and New York Life. While at Tyco International, David also led the company’s efforts to leverage data and analytics for use by the property insurance industry. These efforts earned him four US patents.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Ithaca College and a master’s in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. David is an Eagle Scout and remains active in Scouting where he currently serves on the Greater New York Council’s Board of Directors and chairs the Compensation and Benefits Committee.
