AFCO Industries, Inc., a 100% employee owned company was founded in 1946, and is one of the nation’s leading building products manufacturers.
1996 AFCO acquires 10 facilities from AVIA Development Corp at LAX, DFW, Sea-Tac, BWI, and Kansas City as well completing its first development for FedEX at Kansas City.
In 2008, AFCO reached 30 years of continuous successful operation.
2011 Steve Forrer joins AFCO as its first Chief Investment Officer.
2018 AFCO is acquired by a Goldman Sachs infrastructure fund, positioning our company to take on projects regardless of size or cost.
2019 AFCO delivers first third-party air cargo hub to e-commerce leader with the construction of a 200,000 sf facility at BWI.
