Why We Need You: In this role, you will be responsible for resolving commissioning challenges and completing tasks assigned, including developing and implementing the Level 1 - 5 commissioning process delivery set forth in Owner's Project Requirements (OPR), Basis of Design (BOD), plans and specifications. You will oversee and execute the quality observation and testing in the field. Expertise of our most successful Commissioning Agent: Minimum 2 years of commissioning experience for data center or mission critical facilities. Technical or Associate Degree from an accredited technical institution or college; or commensurate design or construction experience in mechanical, electrical, and/or controls systems. General understanding of building systems across all design disciplines. A more detailed understanding of power distribution, cooling systems, and controls desired. Ability to learn to interpret guidelines, standards, and best practices related to data center construction. Ability to become proficient with software programs for business as well as could-based commissioning and construction: Microsoft Word, Excel CxAlloy Autodesk BIM360, ACCBuild, and similar. Ability to travel as required by the project. We do not promote long-term deployments to site. Willingness to become OSHA certified. Valid driver's license and state required vehicle insurance. The successful candidate will work with a diverse team of technical leaders across a broad range of practice areas delivering professional consulting services to our key clients. _This position is expected to begin in Spring/Summer 2026._ This is a field-based role comprising approximately 80% field work and 20% office-based work. The candidate will join a large established team conducting environmental assessment and remediation projects across the states of New York and New Jersey. The candidate will communicate effectively with members of the project team, clients, site personnel and office management, and work both independently and as a part of a project team.
