Job Description
AECOM is currently seeking an experienced CEI Project Administrator to join our growing team and support a variety of transportation infrastructure projects located in the Tampa Fl, area. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful work that helps shape the region's infrastructure while working alongside a collaborative and professional team.
* Responsible for client/project development, resource management, and supervision of construction activities as they relate to contract administration and management of scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and change management
* Receives general instructions regarding assignments and exercises initiative and independent judgment in the solution of work problems
* Directs and assigns specific tasks to administrative and field staff and assists in all phases of the construction project
* Prepares and reviews progress estimates and final estimates throughout the construction project duration
* Responsible for the overall management administration of the project and assists in establishing project-specific objectives and policies
* Provides management and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and serves as a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.
* Oversees and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors
* Responsible for administering the project from the pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage through procurement, shop drawing/coordination development, construction, space turnover, and contract closeout. Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project.
* Develops and maintains project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables
* Coordinates with various stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations
* Conducts regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety standards.
* Prepares and presents project status reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key performance indicators, risks, and mitigation strategies
* Manages project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence, ensuring proper record-keeping and compliance with organizational standards
* Identifies potential issues or conflicts and implements proactive solutions to minimize project delays and cost overruns
* Participates in project meetings, representing the organization's interests and facilitating effective communication among team members and stakeholders
* Mentors and develops junior staff members, promoting professional growth and fostering a collaborative team environment
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
* BA/BS degree plus 4 years of related experience, or AS Degree plus 6 years of related experience, or HS/GED plus 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency and/or education
* Due to the projects associated with this position, US Citizenship is required
* Valid US Driver's License required to regularly drive AECOM vehicles to project sites. As a condition of employment, selected candidate must pass a Motor Vehicle Records review
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Experience with roadway or bridge construction
* Experience in relevant transportation projects
* FDOT Advanced MOT
* CTQP Final Estimates Level II
* CTQP Quality Control Manager (Attend and pass the examination)

Job Description
AECOM is currently seeking an experienced CEI Landscape Inspector to join our growing team and support a variety of transportation infrastructure projects located in the Tampa FL, area. Responsible for plant identification, classification, and grades and standards for nursery plants as established by the manual "Grades and Standards for Nursery Plants" by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services
Receives general supervision from the Senior Landscape Inspector who reviews work while in progress
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Responsible for setting own project deadlines
Responsible for monitoring conformance to quality, performance, specifications, and/or code requirements by performing inspection duties
Performs daily field inspections and maintains inspection records
Participates in punch lists, testing, and commissioning
Tracks quality assurance progress
Provides input to documentation for area and equipment turnovers
Conducts soil analysis and makes recommendations for soil amendments to ensure optimal plant growth
Coordinates with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of landscape installation projects
Prepares detailed reports on landscape inspections, including photographic documentation and recommendations for corrective actions
Assists in developing and implementing maintenance plans for newly installed landscapes to ensure long-term success
Participates in pre-construction meetings to review landscape plans and address potential issues before installation begins
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma plus 4 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and or education
U.S. Citizenship is required, due to the nature of the work

This position will offer you the opportunity to utilize and expand your academic background in Instrumentation and Controls Engineering.
You will work on project teams with other I&C engineers involved in the design of new power plants, modifications to existing power generation facilities, and plant controls betterment.
You will be involved in power distribution designs and the preparation of specifications for the procurement of instrumentation and controls equipment and related installation services.
As a member of a multi-discipline project team, you will be involved in power plant design coordination, engineering calculation preparation, and electrical control circuit design.
Through mentoring, classroom-style technical sessions, and on-the-job training, you will increase your knowledge and skills in your engineering discipline.
There is the potential for you to travel to client and vendor offices for design reviews and to plant site locations for construction coordination and field verification of designs.

**AECOM's Water Business Line** is actively seeking a **Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer** . The successful candidate will work with other technical disciplines on all project phases to deliver a variety of water, wastewater, and resiliency projects. **Qualifications**

+ Experience with civil/environmental engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, or similar).
+ Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida.
+ Valid US Driver's License, and as a condition of employment, pass AECOM's motor vehicle records review.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater infrastructure design, including pipelines and lift stations.
+ Experience with design-build or alternative project delivery methods.
+ Experience leading multi-office or multidisciplinary design teams.
+ Knowledge of sustainability practices, green infrastructure, and advanced treatment technologies.
+ Master's degree in civil or environmental engineering.
+ Experience in construction phase engineering services.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and technical presentations.

**AECOM** is seeking a highly talented Principal Geotechnical Dam Safety Engineer to join the East Region Dams Team. This position will support a variety Dam Safety Engineering projects across the East Region. The successful candidate will join the **ENR consistently ranked #1 Dams and Reservoirs firm** and have access to exciting career advancement opportunities. This position will report to one of the AECOM offices in the East Region including but not limited to Atlanta, Georgia; Buffalo, New York; Charlotte, North Carolina; Conshohocken, Pennsylvania; Germantown, Maryland; Franklin Tennessee; or Tampa, Florida.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Project management of multidisciplinary teams and the engagement of AECOM's operations/finance teams including client management, contract management, planning and execution and financial management of dam engineering projects.
+ Provide senior technical support for projects including seepage and slope stability analyses, filter and drain design, Potential Failure Mode Analyses (participate and/or facilitate), Semi-Quantitative Risk Assessments, site inspection, construction observation, and regulatory compliance activities associated with a variety of hydraulic structures.
+ Prepare and perform quality reviews of other Engineer's work on deliverables such design calculations, engineering reports, construction drawings, and technical specifications.
+ Perform engineering estimates for cost and project schedules.
+ Responsible for quality control and serve as Lead Verifier following AECOM Quality Control policies and procedures.
+ Mentoring and technical development of junior staff, supporting them to achieve technical success. The candidate should have a high level of technical expertise and experience in supervising and training staff in geotechnical analyses.
+ Perform as Capture Manager for new opportunities including business development pre-positioning and the preparation of proposals.
+ Collaborate with technical leads in our Dam Engineering Practice with staff located throughout AECOM.
+ Client facing role with ownership and responsibility for the successful delivery of dam engineering projects and programs including business development for new and existing clients.
+ Flexibility and willingness to travel for project work part time as needed.
**Qualifications**
Minimum Requirements:
+ Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with demonstrated coursework in Geotechnical Engineering+ 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
+ Licensed as a Professional Engineer in at least one state with the ability to successfully apply for reciprocity in additional states.
+ Relevant experience with dams projects, including rehabilitation and/or new design and construction.
+ Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
+ Experience in relevant geotechnical engineering software programs such as GeoStudio and gINT.

DESCRIPTION:
Building Enclosure Project Manager II holds overall responsibility for assigned building enclosure projects of medium to high scope complexity. Duties include planning and executing a specific project plan, delivering quality products and services to the client in a timely manner, managing project financials, and serving as the primary contact between the SSR project team and the client. * Completes the project scope and requirements with the client and other stakeholders and communicates project scope and requirements to the project team
* Prepares and implements a proactive Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) plan for projects
* Performs condition surveys and failure investigations of existing buildings related to building enclosure air and moisture leakage
* Designs repairs to correct the root cause of investigated enclosure issues
* Coordinates and directs or performs enclosure testing
* Oversees the profitability of the project by negotiating fees and contracts as may be appropriate, participating in the budgeting process, and ensuring that invoices are accurate and delivered in a timely manner
* Identifies, negotiates, and administers fees for additional services
* Schedules work, communicates schedule information to the project team, and monitors manpower requirements

This position will work within the Building & Places (B+P) organization and will provide engineering expertise in relation to Buildings, Facilities, and other Structures within Tampa B+P. AECOM's Buildings + Places practice includes architecture, interiors, building engineering, workplace strategy, master planning, urban planning, civil engineering, and landscape architecture. Serving as Fire Protection engineer on a variety of building and facility project types, including mid-to large size projects. Role will have the opportunity to serve as “lead” project engineer.

Performing quality control reviews of work developed by others.

Familiarity and working with AutoCAD and Revit, as working platforms for delivering design.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

This position will offer you the opportunity to utilize and expand your civil engineering degree and skills, while working in a multi-disciplined team environment with other engineers and/or designers in the design, modification, and analysis of power plant, substations, transmission lines and similar heavy industrial systems.
As a member of a multi-disciplined engineering and design team, you will work on a wide range of power plant projects and perform civil site development work including creating calculations, designs, and specifications.
As a member of the Civil Engineering group, you will coordinate with project managers, client personnel, contractors and suppliers, and permitting agency personnel as necessary to ensure a complete and timely design.
Depending on the scope of work and the complexity of the design, you may guide other civil engineers and civil designers in taking on and completing civil engineering project work.
Your responsibilities may also include the following:
Prepare calculations relating to storm water drainage, sanitary sewer systems, pavement thickness, ponds and landfills, and earthwork, to support design and permitting.
Prepare technical specifications to define construction requirements.
Prepare site layout, grading, and drainage designs, and work with designers to accurately portray designs in 3-D models and design drawings.
Design storm drainage systems, roads, trackwork, water storage and wastewater disposal ponds, and solid waste landfills.
Review contractor and material submittal drawings and other vendor documentation for conformity with technical specifications.

This position will work within the Building & Places (B+P) organization and will provide engineering expertise in relation to Buildings, Facilities, or other structures within B+P. Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering plus 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Registration as a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Florida (current FL PE License).
Experience as lead fire protection engineer for building and facility building projects.
Experience in leading fire protection for building design of projects and organizing work efforts and resources.
Experience in leading engagement and interface with client teams.
Experience using relevant software required in design, calculation, and execution of project designs.
Experience preparing calculations and design documents (reports, plans, specifications).
Experience in organizing and delivering projects and milestones in timely and accurate manner.
In-depth experience with construction phase services for projects (field reviews, RFI and shop drawing/submittal reviews, specifications, as-builts and record drawings, etc.)
Demonstrated experience with permitting projects, and interaction with authorities having jurisdiction.
Valid US Driver's License required, as a condition of employment must pass AECOM's motor vehicle records review.

Bachelor's/Master's degree in fire protection engineering is preferred.
