Todd H. Siegel is the Chief Executive Officer at Affinion Group. Todd H. Siegel was appointed Chief Executive Officer in September of 2012. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from November 2008, having been promoted from Executive Vice President and General Counsel, a role he assumed in October 17, 2005. Mr. Siegel joined Cedant in November 1999 as a member of the Membership Division of the Legal Department of Cendant and served as General Counsel of Trilegiant starting in July 2003 and Cendant Marketing Group starting in January 2004. Prior to joining Cendant, Mr. Siegel was employed as a corporate associate at, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher, Flom. Prior to that he was employed as a certified public accountant with Ernst & Young.

Brian J. Dick is the Senior Vice President & Chief Accounting Officer at Affinion Group. Brian J. Dick has served as our Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer since December 1, 2005. Prior to joining Affinion, he was most recently an independent contractor from February 2005 through November 2005. He served as the Vice President and Controller for Modem Media, Inc. (which was acquired by Digitas, Inc. in October 2004) from October 2002 through January 2005, where he oversaw the global accounting, financial reporting, tax and treasury functions. From 1999 to 2001, he was the Vice President of Finance for Crompton Corporation, where he managed the Controllers, Information Systems and e-Business functions. From 1995 to 1999, he held various senior financial positions at Witco Corporation until it was acquired by Crompton Corporation. He also served as the Controller of Formica Corporation from 1989 to 1995. From 1978 to 1989, he held various positions with Price Waterhouse LLP.

James Daly is an Exec VP/Chief Human Resources at AFFINION GROUP, INC. and Principal at Janus Coaching and is based in Stamford, Connecticut. He has worked as Sr VP/Chief Human Resources Ofcr at AFFINION GROUP, INC.; VP/Head:Homan Resources at S&P Global; and Senior VP/Chief Human at AFFINION GROUP, INC.. James attended University of Vermont between 1977 and 1981; Haas School of Business - UC Berkeley between 1987 and 1989; and Teachers College, Columbia between 2019 and 2020.
