What you'll do:
Lead and develop high-performing CS, Solution Consulting, and Program Management teams while setting KPIs and fostering a culture of accountability and customer advocacy.
Oversee the full Enterprise customer journey, maintaining scalable playbooks, processes, and cross-functional alignment with RevOps, Product, Engineering, and Sales.
Serve as the senior escalation point for strategic accounts and ensure smooth handoffs from pre-sales through implementation.
Direct Solution Consulting across technical evaluations, value-based demos, and standardized customer workshops.
Build and execute scalable CS programs (adoption acceleration, EBRs, risk mitigation, training, VOC) with clear KPIs and continuous iteration.
Drive a data-informed CS organization through reporting on retention, customer health, adoption trends, and predictive forecasting.
About you:
7-10+ years of leadership experience in Customer Success or post-sales roles within B2B SaaS.
Demonstrated success managing Enterprise customers with complex technical or organizational needs.
Strong track record driving GRR, NRR, and expansion growth.
Experience overseeing multiple functions (CSMs, Solution Consultants, Program Managers).
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Deep understanding of customer value realization and SaaS customer lifecycle best practices.
Experience building and operationalizing CS methodologies, playbooks, and processes.
Excellent communication skills, including executive-level facilitation and negotiation.
Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation.
Additional Information
The annual salary range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000 plus variable compensation. Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in franchise consulting, franchise operations, business consulting, or business ownership. Experience in the restoration or contents restoration space preferred.
Bachelors degree in Business or a related field preferred

Strong business acumen, including the ability to interpret financial statements and operational KPIs.

What you'll do:
Managing inbound leads while developing and maintaining a high-level knowledge of 8am's professional business platform's various offerings
Identifying and prioritizing sales opportunities
Maintain call volume of 45-60 calls per day with the intent to qualify key leads and create an inbound pipeline
Update and maintain Salesforce database as appropriate, including data discovery tied to initiatives
Contacting and qualifying inbound leads, educating prospects about the product, and scheduling meetings with the sales team.
Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence
Work closely with marketing and sales to develop opportunities through inbound efforts

Additional Information
The base pay range for this position is between $48,000-$50,000 USD annually plus uncapped commission opportunity. The salary range for performing this role outside of the US / Austin / California may differ. 8am is committed to offering competitive, fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and education.
This is an hourly, non-exempt position eligible for over-time.

Better is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor (Coordinator) to assist with processing FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, HELOC, HELOAN and Jumbo Loans. Coordinators are flawless organizers. They can anticipate when sub-processes related to Borrower or Property eligibility are going to delay a loan and take appropriate, proactive action to prevent a loan from falling behind. They support the Customer in providing a world class customer experience by supplying critical information at the right time.
Responsibilities
* Communicating directly with customers and various third parties to ensure an efficient and positive experience.
* Aggressively managing a pipeline in a timely, accurate and efficient manner, ensuring promptness in communicating with stakeholders and borrowers.
* Guiding borrowers from the point of underwriting decision to funding.
* Understanding loan applications, Automated Underwriting Systems (DU/LPA), Credit, Income, and Asset documents.
* Navigating Suspense decisions and proposing resolutions to the customer.
* Adequately preparing loans for Final Underwriting Review.
* Escalating internal & third-party delays.

Qualifications
