Jeff Hart As a 15-year veteran of Reynolds and Reynolds, Jeff served in a variety of management roles, including leading numerous e-commerce and product development initiatives. His career then took him to Cadence Network, Inc., the leading web-based utility, telecom, and lease expense management firm, where he led the company as President & CEO into profitability, sustained 30% year over year growth, and worked an acquisition by Advantage IQ. Once at Advantage IQ, Jeff served as COO and led the successful integration of Cadence into the organization, as well as the redesign of its sales and operational areas. He then leveraged his track record of success in developing effective sales team strategies, his in-depth expertise in both automotive and technology, as well as his impressive operational experience at OneCommand, where he was the President and CEO for seven years. Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the technology, utility, telecom, automotive, software development, and business process fields to the team.

Everest, and I ran solo, 275-miles nonstop, down the coast of California to raise money for the Navy Seal Foundation.

Lisa Shaw is a marketing veteran who brings a unique combination of creative and analytical skills to the Phunware team. She brings over 15 years of marketing expertise to Phunware and her skills and background make her a perfect fit to help the Company reach its goals. Previously, she led marketing teams at venture-backed technology companies including SpectorSoft, Convio (now Blackbaud) and Garden.com. She has extensive experience in branding, digital marketing, SEO/PPC, demand generation and traditional marketing. Lisa also offers both advertising agency and classic brand management experience. She worked at BPD Advertising, a boutique agency focusing on the healthcare industry and tying marketing spending to ROI, as well in brand management at Dr Pepper/Seven Up in Plano, TX. Prior to getting her MBA, Lisa received financial training at Ernst & Young where she provided advisory services across multiple industries. Lisa holds a BBA from the University of Miami and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Lisa and her husband live in Austin, Texas where she enthusiastically works to get the word out about MaaS.
