Affinity Gaming Finance Corp CEO and leadership

Mrs. Higgins joined the Affinity team in January of 2018 with nearly 20 years’ experience in the gaming sector, focusing on strategic financial management, capital formation, acquisition strategies and investor relations.

Before joining Affinity, she was instrumental in establishing VICI Properties, a REIT spinoff from Caesars Entertainment Operating Company, Inc. (CEOC), serving as Chief Financial Officer.

From 2014 to 2017, she was the Chief Financial Officer of CEOC, the largest subsidiary of Caesars Entertainment Corporation, where she oversaw finances across 38 casino locations in 14 U.S. states as well as in 5 countries.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Higgins served as Chief Financial Officer at companies such as Global Cash Access Holdings, Inc., Herbst Gaming, Inc., and Camco, Inc.

Ms. Higgins was recently added to the board of trustees of Chatham Lodging Trust NYSE “CLDT”.

Ms. Higgins has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Memphis State University.

Mr. Fiocco joined the Affinity team in November of 2018 bringing nearly four decades of gaming and casino experience.

Prior to joining Affinity, Mr. Fiocco, served as Chief Marketing Officer of Tropicana Entertainment Inc. where he was responsible for all marketing operations across eight Tropicana properties. In leading the development and execution of marketing initiatives and brand strategy at Tropicana, Mr. Fiocco helped drive significant annual net revenue growth from 2012 to 2017.

Mr. Fiocco also served as Senior Vice President of Casino Operations and Marketing for Resorts Casino Hotel and Atlantic City Hilton. He began his career at Caesars Atlantic City in its table games department and quickly climbed the ranks, from dealer to Vice President of Operations and Marketing

Mr. Fiocco holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Stockton State College in Pomona, New Jersey.

Accomplished and results-driven IT Executive with over thirty years of experience in the information systems technology environment and over 25 years of experience managing and leading Information Technology teams. Specialist in talent development, operational excellence, strategy development, and execution. Broad range of expertise including casino operations, digital gaming, sportsbook operations, application development, IT security, infrastructure, IT operations, CRM, strategic planning, marketing, and start-ups. Effective communicator (written and verbal) with the ability to build trusting working relationships with technical staffs and all levels of the organization.

Mr. Scrivens joined the Affinity team in May 2019 from Z Capital Partners, LLC., where he served as a Managing Director on the private equity investment team since 2012. During his tenure, he focused on investments in gaming and hospitality, leading teams of professionals that specialized in pursuing opportunities that required hands-on financial and operational leadership, including Affinity Gaming, a Z Capital portfolio company.

From 2001 to 2012 he served as Director at Chilmark Partners a middle market private equity firm and boutique investment bank that specializes in complex transactions. And from 1993 to 2001 worked at Arthur Andersen LLP in its corporate finance group.

Mr. Scrivens graduated with a Bachelors of Accounting and Finance from the University of Illinois.
