The Director of Employee Relations will oversee the employee relations matters and related employee relations matters in their designated area with the support of the Company Chief People Officer. This role will be the primary counsel to management and employees for mutli-state operations regarding work-related issues. Acts as liaison between employees and departments to resolve issues and facilitate resolutions. They will advise operations managers on a broad range of employment regulations, their impact on workplace incidents. Practice general methods of positive employee relations and coordinate the company's employee relations practices within this policy. The Employee Relations Director will respond to union organizing activity, training managers on employee relations matters.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
* Creates presentations to inform managements regarding employee and potential relations issues.
* Responds to questions and complaints (formal and informal) in a timely manner.
* Coordinates with management at locations of operation to collect supporting documents and statements and proof of incidents.
* Interview and thoroughly investigate all issues of dispute, mediate resolutions and thoroughly document all aspects of each case for the file.
* Maintains an employee relation log for current and past issues and resolutions for live status updates and to report future litigation risks annually.
* Contributes and maintains company-wide standardized practices, processes and forms.
* Develop training to create a compliance culture within the organization and foster an environment where employees feel comfortable reporting potential violations or misconduct.
* Ensures legal compliance by reviewing federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and disseminating, explaining, and consulting regarding requirements.
* Prepares for and assists line management in dealing with potential labor disputes, strikes and other concerted activity, including advising management on appropriate course of action involving satisfactory resolution of disputes, along with other related matters such as security and employee considerations.
* Keeps abreast of developments in labor relations, recent arbitration decisions and conducts research on tops of interest in meeting company objectives.

Conducts operational audits of assigned areas to assess efficiency and effectiveness of the operation and compliance with company policies and procedures, laws and government regulations. Creates audit program to properly document audit findings and completes work within set budget.
Conducts audits to review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with various Gaming Commission requirements and Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
Examines and tests documentation, interviews company personnel and observes the operation during the course of the audit procedures.
Examines and evaluates financial and information systems, management procedures and internal controls to ensure that records are accurate and controls are adequate to protect against fraud and waste.
Reviews and evaluates company operations for efficiency, effectiveness and compliance with company policies and procedures, laws and government regulations.
Brings all audit exceptions with recommended resolution and control recommendations to conclusion within the audit. â
Conduct follow-up reviews to assess the effectiveness of corrective actions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field required
1-2 years of prior internal audit experience in the gaming industry required
Ability to occasionally work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
Prior experience with TeamMate auditing software preferred
Ability to perform various gaming and operational audit tasks independently
In the process of pursuing a relevant certification (CPA, CIA, CFE, CISA)
Registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board is required
Ability to obtain a Missouri gaming license is required

Responsible for serving our guest in a friendly, efficient and accurate manner through the exchange of chips, tokens, coins, checks, markers, etc. and safeguarding assigned company funds. Responsible for Player's Club needs including and not limited to: printing cards, comps, loading promotions and setting up new accounts.
Responsible for following More Guest Service Standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Counts and balances the starting fund of the Cage with the outgoing cashier at the start of the shift.
* Capable of navigating through computer applications.
* Print Player's Club cards.
* Set up guests with new accounts in Player's Club.
* Activate guest's promotions as needed.
* Update guest's account in Player's Club when needed.
* Exchange cash for gaming chips, tokens, or coin.
* Cash checks for guests (travelers, personal, cash advances, or payroll) in accordance with the company's check cashing policies and procedures.
* Issue markers and accepts payment on markers in accordance with the company's marker policies and procedures.
* Log, record/report all Title 31 transactions.
* Assist guests with the completion of a credit/check cashing application.
* Record and balance all currency transactions in the computer.

* Maintain and complete the required gaming and company forms and reports.

QUALIFICATIONS
