    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Create job requisitions and process new hire paperwork in UKG. Responsible for the administration and day-to-day operations of the Applicant Tracking System. 2. Create and process employee Personal Action Forms (PAFs). 3. Processes new hires, job changes, and terminations in UKG. 4. Ensure new hires receive and correctly fill out the Missouri Gaming Licensing Packet and schedule Gaming Interview Appointments 5. Processes background checks as needed. 6. Coordinate and Present New Hire Orientation which includes; preparing orientation paperwork, creating employee files, assigning lockers, ordering employee uniforms, building tours, assist with sign on for online training, and provide training on the time clock. 7. Maintain employee I-9 binders. 8. Receive and review work verification requests and other documents received via mail/fax. 9. Coordinate with Missouri Gaming to ensure employee change notifications are completed, and renewal badges are picked up on time. 10. Track employee-required training in UKG. 11. Maintain employee uniforms through ordering, receiving, and tracking. 12. Place orders for office supplies. 13. Assist, plan, and organize employee events. 14. Maintain the employee shoe program. 15. Attend Job Fairs. 16. Manage employee social media. 17. Support HR in areas including, but not limited to: employee phone calls, maintain employee files and adhere to employee manual and state & federal laws. 18. Provide any additional administrative support as needed. 19. Serve as a trusted, confidential resource for employees across the organization. 20. May be required to work weekends and holidays. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * The Casino Controller is responsible for all tasks and responsibilities related to Revenue Audit and will provide direct oversight of cage and count room operations at the assigned property. * Maintain established acceptable accounting procedures in revenue recognition and tax liability to control the assets of the company effectively. * Directly supervises the leaders of the functional areas in the scope of this role. * Liaison and work effectively with Corporate and Regional leadership to ensure compliance with best practices. Actively support and implement automation and standardization initiatives set by those functional leaders for the property assigned. * Effectively hire, train, coach, mentor, and develop successful Team Members to ensure they are completing their responsibilities accurately and effectively. * Assist regional and corporate accounting management in the monthly close process, including completing gaming-related month-end journal entries and reconciliations. * Assist company management with any research requested regarding financial performance and audit results. * Assist Planning and Analysis and Regional Leadership with the monthly forecast/budget preparation and variance analysis for the property. * Assist the Regional Director of Finance and the Property General Manager with the execution of the property capital plan and communication with capital and fixed asset teams at Corporate. * Ensure accounting and audit records and practices adhere to the accounting policies and internal controls adopted by the Company. * Ensure the accuracy and timing of reports, as well as the adequacy of information included. * Work closely with both internal and external auditors, responding to review and audit queries. * Develop and implement best practices in all areas of Casino Accounting. * Performs other related duties as assigned. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting-related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting/Finance, and 2 years of previous experience in a similar position within the gaming industry. This role participates in Title 31/Anti‑Money Laundering audits, Minimum Internal Controls assessments, regulatory recordkeeping, stakeholder engagement with casino operations, and preparation of regulatory and internal reports ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsible for the daily Title 31 audits to ensure compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and State regulatory requirements. * Maintenance of the property's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Title 31 training. * Responsible for filing CTRs and SARs with FinCEN and State Regulators. * Utilize property reports and resources to identify and research potentially suspicious activity submitting Suspicious Activity Incident Reports (SAIRs) for AML related activities to the AML Committee. * Prepare and issue Exception Notices for instances of noncompliance with Title 31 procedures. * Responsible for submitting monthly reports to the Missouri Gaming Commission (MGC). * Responsible for the quarterly submission and maintenance of the property's Internal Controls (ICS) to the Missouri Gaming Commission. * Maintain an organized system of record keeping for all applicable reports and Internal Controls. * Maintain a working knowledge of the regulations and requirements, for both gaming ICS and AML. * Annual non-gaming licensing renewals. * Ability to prioritize projects, adhere to deadlines, work independently, and use critical thinking to analyze data. * Assist property Leadership to ensure regulatory compliance with Missouri ICS. * Review and log reports and directives related to employee regulatory infractions. * Ensure the property is in compliance with all aspects of Responsible Gaming. * Assist the General Manager with property submission for quarterly Compliance Committee meetings. * Other related tasks as assigned by Corporate Compliance or the General Manager.
