About Your Role: Affinity Solutions is seeking an experienced Agency and Platform Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by selling directly to agencies, brands, and media platforms. This role is ideal for a sales professional with 7 10 years of experience in Ad Tech, Mar Tech, Ad Measurement, Media Agency or Agency sales who thrives at the intersection of commerce data, measurement, and outcomes-based marketing. The successful candidate will bring a strong network across media agencies and platforms, a consultative selling approach, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Your Contributions: Sales and Business Development Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting agencies, holding companies, brands, and digital platforms. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to pitch, negotiation, and close. Drive adoption of Affinity s Consumer Purchase Insights (CPI), Consumer Purchase Lift (CPL), and Audience solutions within key agency and platform accounts. Partner closely with marketing, analytics, and product teams to develop tailored solutions that address client objectives. Maintain a disciplined pipeline in CRM, with accurate forecasting and clear action plans for each stage of the sales process. Agency and Platform Engagement Build strong relationships with agency trading desks, measurement leads, and data strategy teams, as well as with platform partnership managers. Collaborate on joint marketing, training, and enablement initiatives with agencies and DSPs. Educate clients on the value of purchase-based measurement and help them transition from proxy metrics (e.g., clicks, installs) to outcome-based KPIs. Partnership and Cross-Functional Collaboration Work in close alignment with Affinity s Product, Analytics, and Partnerships teams to ensure client success and renewals. Provide market feedback to inform roadmap priorities and identify partnership opportunities that expand distribution or data access. Support the development of case studies, success stories, and vertical playbooks to scale learnings across accounts. Your Qualifications: 7 10 years of experience in advertising, media, or data sales, ideally at an Ad Tech, Mar Tech, Ad Measurement, Media Agency or Agency sales or data-driven media company. Proven success selling to media agencies, platforms, or large brands. Strong understanding of programmatic media, audience targeting, measurement, and clean room environments. Consultative sales mindset with demonstrated ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-starter who can operate independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce preferred), PowerPoint/Google Slides, and data visualization tools. Preferred Qualifications: Experience selling data or measurement products (e.g., outcomes-based marketing, attribution, or clean room solutions). Established relationships with holding companies, DSPs, or major digital platforms. Familiarity with verticals such as Retail, QSR, Financial Services, or Travel.
