Michael Linford is a CFO at Affirm and is based in San Francisco Bay Area. He has worked as Principal at KKR & Co. Inc.; VP License Verification & Strategic Deals at Micro Focus; and VP M&A Integration, Operational Performance at HEWLETT PACKARD ENTERPRISE CO. Michael studied at University of Texas At Austin between 2000 and 2005.

Silvija Martincevic is the Chief Commercial Officer of Affirm-the technology company that offers a more transparent form of credit and has a mission to deliver honest financial products and improve lives. At Affirm, Silvija is focused on the creation and execution of strategic initiatives that drive growth and empower teams to scale responsibly.

Previously, Silvija was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer of Groupon's International business where she partnered with Kiva and first “fell in love” with Kiva’s mission. Before her experience in consumer technology companies, Silvija spent a decade in the investment management industry where she focused on socially-responsible, female, and minority-owned funds. Silvija earned her B.A. in Economics at Beloit College and an M.B.A. in Econometrics and Statistics from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.

Silvija has a longstanding passion for delivering economic empowerment to underserved communities. This passion was ignited based on her own experience growing up in Croatia during a communist era and immigrating to the U.S. at the age of 17 after the Balkan wars.

Katherine Adkins, who has served as chief legal adviser of banking strategy at Affirm since 2019, took over as Chief Legal Officer on June 30, 2021.

Before she joined Affirm, Adkins spent nearly 20 years at the finance arm of Toyota Motor Corp. She worked her way up from managing counsel at Toyota Motor Credit Corp. to assistant GC and, finally, group vice president, general counsel and secretary of Toyota Financial Services in Plano, Texas.

Geoffrey Kott is a Senior Finance Executive with experience hallmarked by building and leading large multi-billion dollar global asset-based lending platform. Geoffrey is also a Strategic Operations Executive with the ability to rapidly drive organizational change that delivers dramatic gains in revenue and P&L performance. He is a natural leader who builds high-performance global teams to support growth. Kott is a Senior leader who drives strategy to safeguard organizations’ financial strength and promote ongoing operational efficiency, as well as offers varied expertise across legal, new issue and asset-based lending. Geoffrey Kott positively impacts profitability by addressing complex business and regulatory challenges, and improves synergies across organizations. He minimize risk to organizations by ensuring implementation of appropriate controls.

Greg Fisher is a Chief Marketing Officer at Affirm and Chief Marketing Officer at Braintree Payment Solutions and is based in Menlo Park, California. He has worked as Director, International Marketing at Amazon.com Inc.; Board Member at INTEL TECHNOLOGY ASIA PTE LTD; and CMO at Venmo. Greg studied at Brigham Young University (BYU).
