Affirmed Networks CEO and leadership

As CEO, Hassan Ahmed is responsible for all aspects of the company’s operations and for setting its strategic direction. Prior to starting Affirmed Networks, Hassan was most recently Senior Advisor at Charles River Ventures. Hassan served as Chairman and CEO of Sonus Networks (Nasdaq:SONS) for ten years during which time it grew from an idea into the leading public company enabling the transformation of telephony to IP. Before Sonus, he was EVP and GM of the Core Switching division of Ascend Communications and VP Engineering and Chief Technology Officer of Cascade Communications. Hassan has also held key leadership positions at Motorola and Analog Devices. He was also Associate Professor of Electrical Computer and Systems Engineering and Associate Professor of Finance at Boston University. Additionally, he has guest lectured at MIT’s Sloan School of Management.

Ashwin Moranganti is a VP New Products at SevOne Inc and VP, Chief Product Officer at Affirmed Networks and is based in Boston, Massachusetts. He has worked as Sr Product Manager at APPIAN COMMUNICATIONS, INC.; New Initiatives-Cloud Services Product Lead at Cisco; and VP, Product Management/Marketing at PeerApp. Ashwin studied at Northeastern University between 1993 and 1995 and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) between 2013 and 2015.

Denis Cashman is a Chief Financial Officer at Affirmed Networks and is based in Acton, Massachusetts. He has worked as Chief Financial Officer at Dell EMC. Denis attended Cork Institute of Technology.

Sanjay Mewada is a Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer at Affirmed Networks.
