Pros of working at Aflac

I enjoyed being able to work with business owners and individuals face to face and get to build a relationship with them. I enjoyed educating people on different types of policies and the benefits that would help them stay afloat in the eventuality of a health problem or accident.

Family oriented. Cares about the employees well being. Competitive pay. Nice raises. Great benefits.

I loved my job. I just got sick last year and they let me go with eligible for rehire while I was out on STD.

Pros of working at Aflac

I like the Flexible hours You make your own schedule. The training by the corporate office in Dallas is very good.

Cons of working at Aflac

You spend money, but make no money for months when you start. They say free training, but you supervisor takes 50% of your commission if they go out with you.

Aflac benefits

They offer no benefits at all. You pay for your health insurance, 50% of your brochures and all advertising and prospecting items.
