Mr. Dominic is a professional in human nutrition and Public health issues, with an experience stretching over 15 years working in humanitarian international agencies, He worked in health and nutrition programs both at the grass root level mobilizing communities for different services and providing primary health care and also at the national level managing multi-sectoral programs and developing guidelines and polices, his experience encompassing Child Health/Nutrition, nutrition in emergencies, Water and sanitation and supporting Health Systems Strengthening, He has a long track record of successfully implementing health programs in the Northern part of Kenya and has worked and managed donor funds ranging from WFP, UNICEF, USAID and DFID. He has vast experience working in integrated programs aimed at bettering nutrition and food security funded by different donor and working in partnership with the Ministry of Health; He is energetic, result oriented and a team player.

Herbert Mugumya is a Chief of Party at Africare and is based in Tanzania. He has worked as Program management specialist at USAID - US Agency for International Development.

Jeffrey Freedman is a Chief Financial Officer at Africare and is based in Washington, D.C.. He has worked as Operations Manager at Sears; Supervisor at Gelman, Rosenberg & Freedman, CPAs; and Auditor at Gelman, Rosenberg & Freedman, CPAs. Jeffrey attended University of Tampa between 1989 and 1993, Charles E Smith Jewish Day School between 1981 and 1986, and Montgomery College between 1988 and 1989.
