JOB SUMMARY
Ensures all operations involving Company aircraft are in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations, Air Evac EMS Operations Manual, and all state and municipal regulations.
Operates the aircraft in a safe and efficient manner, with emphasis on compliance with the Rotorcraft Flight Manual
Monitors forecast changes and current weather situations
Conducts preflight of the aircraft prior to starting shift and/or accepting transports or flights. Preflight will be conducted utilizing the appropriate rotorcraft flight manual. Discrepancies noted during the pre-flight will be noted in the engineering log with a notification to maintenance of the discrepancy and what corrective action is being taken
Reports to his/her shift rested and prepared for duty and stays current of weather and forecast changes
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
2000 hours total flight time
1500 hours helicopter time
1000 hours helicopter pilot in command
500 hours turbine
100 hours night unaided, or 50 hours unaided with 100 hours aided
Previous HAA experience or equivalent - preferred
Education and Credentials:
Rotorcraft-Helicopter Commercial Certificate
Rotorcraft-Helicopter Instrument Rating
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities
As a Regional Driver, you will play a vital role in delivering propane to our customers while ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer service. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for safe and timely deliveries to meet operational goals and customer satisfaction.
Deliver gas grill cylinders to AmeriGas locations via tractor-trailer truck.
Load and unload pallets of cylinders at AmeriGas District locations and Production Facility.
Ensure compliance with DOT regulation hours, with layovers possible; sleeper cab available for overnight stays.
Communicate daily with the ACE Operations Manager regarding work activities and progress.
Achieve delivery and repair objectives to meet customer needs.
May participate in tank refurbishing to maintain product quality and service.

The Operations Technician is primarily responsible for controlling receipt and delivery of product into and out of the facility by operating and monitoring facility equipment; performing a variety of operations, maintenance, and construction tasks to maintain safe operations of the pipeline and its related facilities; and ensuring the facility is operated and maintained in compliance with all Company and applicable regulatory standards and practices.

* Coordinates operations and maintenance tasks with control center personnel.
* Performs housekeeping, maintenance, and repair duties around terminals, buildings, pipeline right of way, and station facilities.
* Locates and marks underground pipeline as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
* An Associate's degree or equivalent in experience is required. Two years of work experience in operations, mechanical, and/or preventive maintenance is preferred.

Job Description
The Import/Export Specialist will strengthen trade compliance operations in the US by supporting customs clearance activities, improving broker performance, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. This role will work closely with the existing compliance team to enhance accuracy in customs entries, manage internal corrections, and drive continuous improvement in compliance processes. The position is critical to mitigating compliance risks, optimizing duty payments, and supporting Section 232 clearance activities. This is a temporary role for 6-8 months with the potential to transition into a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate customs broker performance against KPIs.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of customs entries and resolve discrepancies.
Audit customs entries for accuracy and compliance with HTS classification, valuation, and origin requirements.
Identify and log entries requiring internal correction for duty accuracy.
Utilize ACE Tariff Power BI dashboard to track import/export volumes and compliance trends.
Assist in clearance of goods subject to Section 232 tariffs and ensure proper documentation.

Collaborate with the existing US compliance employee to share workload and improve operational efficiency.
Provide guidance on import/export regulations and company compliance policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Business, or related field (preferred).

Ensure fire extinguishers are recharged or refilled as required for each type of extinguisher.
Ensure fire hose with nozzle is at each fire station.
Ensure dewatering pumps are on board the vessel and ready for use.
Ensure adequate number of approved life preservers are on board.
Ensure adequate quantity of first aid supplies onboard the vessel.
Ensure crewmembers are properly trained in emergency procedures including fire drills.
